OKAY SO... i may just be reflecting what ive heard/learned... but the best way to get into the void is to be completely calm / content!! so you know how some guided meditations have that thing where they say, "before you start, let go of any expectations from meditating"... i think its because, if you dont have expectations, you feel less angry or emotional! you know the whole, your ego gets upset when it expects something but doesnt get it... just let go of any expectations as they say!
other than that, my personal method is just trying to think of a scenario i like. it doesnt have to be something youre trying to manifest or your desired reality if youre shifting. just think of something you love! imagine things you are super happy about, just forget you even exist... let all your personal likes / dislikes come out in your head and full on have a conversation with yourself! its like daydreaming, completely fun with no stress. if you daydreamed and always expected it to be perfect youd never be happy with the result, right? so just expect that nothing will happen, because your intention will still pull you towards what you want.
if you dont like visualizing, talk to yourself, act as if its your consciousness speaking to your ego... sometimes i like to pretend that my ego is just a teeny little stick figure on a little planet where im talking to the world. yes... odd, i know...
if youre good with visualizing, just let yourself think of scenarios you want to happen, what youre looking forward to, pretend to be delusional as your desired self... because thats worked best for me if im pretending im being delusional like "OMG!! (character) LOOKED at me.... they soooo have a crush!" gets you in character š¤
its really just about what works for you, though. for me i love exaggerating stuff and acting silly when i wanna go to the void and dont really meditate at all. you may like meditation better, it depends if breathing is fun to you or hurts like it does for me... lol. i do recommend meditation if you can ANYTIME during the day. it truly helps a lot. whenever you feel a bit stressed or start thinking negative thoughts, just focus on your breathing and get it to the pace you normally like. maybe find a bpm you could breathe in / out. that helps to be consistent and can help with overthinking! at least ive found it to be helpful
basically, to get in the void, you kinda have to be still? but DONT listen to the shifttok advice from years ago about "you must be in blah blah blah position" TRUST ME you can get into the void in like... any position. ive done it while sitting, laying on my side, it does nottt matter. dont put any limitations on yourself! start pumping yourself up before it and going "im gonna do it, i know i can, im just SO awesome!" and advice i found really helpful before... if you ever get angry during trying to get into the void, stop immediately, take deep breaths, calm down and get to be content again. dont force it, please!! i know its natural to get angry if it feels impossible, but if youre super happy and feel like you can do anything? THATS the time to attempt! just enjoy it, allow yourself to breathe in any way you like. stop focusing on the physical things and start focusing on your breathing, thoughts, or visual imagination! sorry this was so long i love ranting about the void...

B) āThe fuck is thisā¦? Nah. You got the wrong identity pal. I AM awareness and have that desired shi already since I decided so. Get tf away from me.ā
See how option B is so nonchalant and it actually puts you at ease instead of panicking? Because you are actually claiming the truth. As awareness, you will always be where you desire to be, itās a matter of who you decide to identity yourself with, and in option Bās case, instead of panicking and spiraling, youāve decided to shift your awareness to a reality/version of you who already lives your desired life. Yay! Option A just forces you to believe that youāre trying to get your desires and you donāt have it, creating a loop, which is NOTTT what we want.
Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Hereās exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyoneās journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
⢠I am in the void.
⢠Entering the void is easy.
⢠I am pure consciousness.
I didnāt stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didnāt feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If Youāre Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If youāre not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
TIPS:
⢠Donāt Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of ātryingā to enter, the easier it is.
⢠Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking āIs it working?ā youāre just pulling yourself out of it. Assume itās already done.
⢠If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, youāll enter as you āfall asleep.ā Trust the process.
And thatās itā10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!

Healthy balance isn't turning it into an obsession. The cr doesn't need to be fought: it's just a temporary state. The dr consolidates when you assume it naturally, without effort.
Live normally in the cr, take care of daily things, knowing however that it's not fixed and is just like a nighttime dream and let the dr establish itself inside you as already true. It's the constant but light assumption that makes the difference, not the avoidance of present life
You are the void because the void is not a "place"āit is the pure state of consciousness before any thought, belief, or story. It is the nothingness that contains everything.
The void is the space before the story existsāthe point where anything is possible and no narrative is "stuck" yet.
So, when you see yourself as the void, you understand that you can change plots like you change scenes.
1. Silence everythingāfocus on nothingness, on the dark, without images, without past or future.
2. Feel bodiless and timelessāthis is the neutral point where there is no "current reality."
3. Affirm or feel that you already have what you wantābut not as a "request," but as absolute truth.
4. Hold the feelingāeven for seconds, in the void, it is instantaneous, because nothing blocks it.
When you realize "I am the void," there is no such thing as "this is unattainable" or "$100,000 is too much"āeverything is just another story that can be written differently now.
i never hear anyone talk about how overwhelming it can be to wake up with your desires one day after so long, iāll speak about my void state success story, when i first entered it. i wont tell you what i manifested since i explained it to an ask. yeah waking up after doing the void state and getting all you want is a pleasant thing but can we talk about how overwhelming it is to literally have you reality just shifts like that? because when i woke up the next morning after inducing the void state my heart genuinely stopped for about 10 seconds and iām not even exaggerating, because everything was just different? i wasnāt in the same room i was before. LIKE LITERALLY WHEN I WOKE UP I FORGOT I HAD MUSIC PLAYING THE OTHER NIGHT AND RIBS JUST STARTED PLAYING out of nowhere. i like to think of ribs (the song guys) as a new beginnings song, even though the song symbolizes bittersweet memories and friendship. the new beginnings feeling is just my personal feeling. so as ribs was playing i started crying hard on the spot. congratulating myself for reaching this huge milestone, i took in my new environment and cried harder, i sound dramatic but thats just how it was for me. i was shaking and not from fear just from extreme excitement. when i went look in the mirror i cried so much more, everything about me just screamed different, iām sorry i keep repeating ādifferentā so much because thats literally what it was. everything was just different. i kept repeating to myself āplease donāt let this be a dreamā over and over, doing everything i can so iād be sure it wasnāt a dream, when i accepted it wasnāt a dream i went scream into my pillow and started jumping around my brand new room like a hyperactive puppy. thoughts were running everywhere āoh the new memories iāll makeā āiām finally happyā āits over nowā āi canāt wait to see what this new life has in store for meā. i didnāt touch my phone the entire day after waking up with a brand new reality. i barely touch my phone now but i still try to help people on tumblr so they can finally accept their power. iām not saying i woke up with a terrible/bad overwhelming feeling it was more of a āoh my god theres no wayā type of overwhelming feeling. i wanted to share my void state success story with the world but from seeing some liars that were caught (no im not a liar) i was scared people would deem me as a liar because they would ādemandā proof. or assume āim lying for attentionā. but no this is me coming to you with full honesty that iāve manifested my dream life, i can still be on social media but that doesnāt automatically make me a liar. if you truly believed in LOA then you wouldnāt have to dwell on solely getting proof for your own satisfaction to really know the law is real. THE LAW IS REAL, THE VOID STATE IS REAL, YOU ARE ALWAYS PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, IMAGINATION IS EVERYTHING, SHIFTING IS REAL, MANIFESTING IS REAL, YES YOU CAN MANIFEST WHATEVER YOU WANT, YOU ARE LIMITLESS.
live in imagination, stop looking for more information, stop starting over, stop giving up, stop doubting, stop looking for the 3D for proof, look within for proof. time isnāt real but yes your clock is ticking, break the pattern or the loop WILL repeat tomorrow. youāre destined for success.
I find it hard to put my feelings into words. Lately, I was regretting learning about Loa and the Void State, because for years I hadnāt achieved any visible success, and instead I had sunk even deeper. The fake success stories and scam accounts on Tumblr added fuel to my doubts and completely shattered my faith. Then I came across a post on Twitter that said, āWhat doesnāt happen in a year, happens in a momentā, and for no reason, I was suddenly filled with peace and excitement. (After years) I went to bed last night with all my doubts and disbelief, and I just laid there. Without expectation, but with awareness. For a few minutes I repeated the words āI Amā, reminding myself that the priority is always āI Amā. Then I started counting backwards from 10 to 100āmy only goal was to relax into the blackness behind my eyesābut in that moment I began to lose consciousness. I donāt know how much time passed, but when I regained awareness, I was in a pitch-black space. Truly no sound, complete darkness. I didnāt feel peace, happiness, or anything elseāI was simply emptyābut my awareness was at its peak and there was no inner chatter. I already had a small wish list, so I declared everything I wanted. Then my awareness faded, and I fell asleep.
When I woke up, I had everything I had asked for. Iām Turkish and I live in Turkey, and unfortunately our living conditions here are not so good, so what I wanted for myself was a peaceful, free, and joyful life. I manifested a home of my own, a car, a university degree, and a nice online job with income. I had no desire to change my face or body, and since I was afraid of seeing a completely different person in the mirror, I only asked for a more curvy and hairless body. There are a few other small wishes too, but I donāt want to go into too much detail.
The last thing I want to say, for those who want to hear it, is that it really is true: āWhat doesnāt happen in a year, happens in a moment.ā

Hi Lavender! I came here to vent about the void. I've been trying to get to the void many timesājust last night I tried again. But my problem isn't the symptoms, or focusing on the 3D, or anything like that. My problem is my damn phone. Every time after I have dinner, I just bury my face in my phone. Last night I stayed on it until midnight, and thatās a problem because I only stop when I get sleepy or when my phone dies. So when I finally put my phone down and try to go to the void, Iām already tired and canāt even focus on my affirmations. I donāt know why itās so hard for me to just throw that shit away and say, āScrew this phone, Iām going to the void right now.ā Every night this happens, I feel like punching myself in the face and humiliating myself until Iām exhausted. Itās getting annoying and frustrating to the point that Iām stressing myself out. But I swear Iām trying to change this and finally get to the void.

Iām a Law of Assumption girlie. I've known about shifting for years but I've never been interested in it.
After getting the 20th "can i manifest this" question from the same person, i decided to take a break. I was about to close the app when I saw a post about how easy shifting is. I thought, why not?
I read Twisted Love by Ana Huang last year. That man, Alex Volkov? Cold, possessive, emotionally constipated. Built like a dark secret. Did I like the book? Yes. Did I want to live in it? Not particularly, but again, why not do it for the plot?
So I didnāt do anything fancy. No method. No scripting (big mistake). I just closed my eyes and whispered:
"Iām already there."
And let go.
When I opened my eyes, I immediately knew I wasnāt in my room anymore. The sheets were too soft and the air was too masculine. I sat up slowly, heart pounding. There was a faint scent in the room, clean linen, citrus, and something dark and expensive.
And then I saw him.
Standing beside the bed.
Looking very angry.
Shirtless, abs, tall, green eyes, sharp jawline, abs and messy dark hair. Incredibly handsome
Alex. Freaking. Volkov.
Now keep in mind, he's not really my type. Too guarded and intense. I like softies. Golden retrievers, guys who say "aww" when they see baby ducks and cry during pixar movies. If you've read the book, you know Alex is the complete opposite.
"Youāre not Ava," he said slowly, dangerously.
"No," laughed nervously. "I'm not. I think I messed up. I didnāt mean to land here. Itās like, I was just trying something out, you know? I think I got the coordinates wrong?"

I probably logged into Tumblr for the last time just to say that Iāve finally entered the void state thanks to you. Since 2021, the void state had become a taboo and an obsession for me ā but I overcame it because of you.
I didnāt expect that being myself would actually be this easy.
I donāt know what everyone elseās āpure consciousnessā feels like, but for me, it was completely silent and dark. There was a deep peace... I donāt remember ever feeling this calm in my entire life.
You donāt need any specific method to reach it, but I got there through a mix of Wim Hof breathing and Silva meditation. These were just tools to calm my breath and mind. If you truly want to become pure consciousness, I believe you need to be extremely relaxed.
After about 30 minutes of breathwork and Silva meditation, my body and breath had relaxed deeply, and I felt slight tingling sensations in my body. And yes, I briefly expected to feel like I was "going somewhere" ā but then I reminded myself that I wasnāt going anywhere, I was turning inward.
I repeated just one affirmation in a loop in my mind:
"I am pure consciousness. I am in the void."
I donāt remember how much time passed, but at one point my eyes drifted and I slightly jolted awake, yet without changing my position, I continued with my affirmations ā and suddenly all sounds disappeared, and I reached peace.
I had written a document titled āA Brand New Lifeā for the void. I wished for an entirely different life, including a new name.
When I woke up, I opened my eyes to exactly the life I had envisioned.
I thought starting a completely new life and embracing change would scare me ā but everything felt like it was meant to be. I didnāt feel out of place at all.

But I want you to know that youāve had a huge impact on the life of a 21-year-old girl who has been through so much.

in this post i talk about everything in context of the void state. i explain in deep detail what it actually is, clear up more misinformation, how to enter it in a lot of different ways, why the void is really nice and useful and in the end even have a q&a for everyone that got questions! you will notice how insane many misinformation are here. not just a few but full "guides" and "explanations" with it. please do not blame the creators for spreading them more! if you thought the same, you also could've been one of the people making posts about it.

let's start with the actual topic. to explain what the void is we have to know what exactly we are at first. so, what are we, what are you? you are an awareness. that means you are a tiny swabble-bubble thingy that experience the multiverse. right now you are on the physical plane so you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. you can do a lot more things but the only important one is that you exist. you have no original appearance or identity (that's another topic) at this moment you are just you. you experience the 3d as y/n y/l/n. there are a few more things of course like your subcons and all that but it is not important for us now.
what is it?
we know that we are an awareness currently on the physical plane. we don't have an original identity we belong to as much as a reality. so what happens if we leave the 3d? is that even possible? yes, yes it is. that is the void state. the void means that you leave the physical plane. that is all. it is nothing special or unusual. the void state is the state of awareness. you, the tiny swabble-bubble thingy, exist there in your purest, most natural form. you could say the void is your home. when you aren't in a reality, you are in the void state. it's where you always return to and there is nothing more natural for you. you are just power, happiness, and peace there. nothing from the 3d can effect you anymore, your mind get's a whole reset. what does that mean? you have to know that you, the awareness, are not meant to doubt, have limited beliefs, worries, fears, trauma. it isn't natural or normal for you. you have them here on the 3d because they are physical circumstances. once you leave the physical plane, it of course means that they don't exist anymore. you enter it and BOOM they get completely erased. you won't even understand how you could believe such stuff after that. as you can see, the void is the state where you exist in your most "original" form, even if you don't have any identity or something like that.
what is it not
this is gonna be a long, long list. i'll actually make bullet points with everything i've ever heard here so you don't have to ask in the comments "someone said it is xy, is that true?". you can be very very sure that everything here in this list got 100% nothing at all to do with the void state. in the end i'll talk about the most drastic thing's but i also explained a lot already in my post about misconceptions.

- any other physical state at allā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā£ā ā ā£as you can see, you guys came up with a lot of things! you may already understood, the void means leaving the physical plane, so its being a physical state is absolutely impossible. you do not notice it on the 3d. at all. it is just not possible. many, many ask me "why didn't i shift from the void" but tell me a few sentence later "and i only felt my body a little bit" and i sit there like "okay, i'll start from the very beginning".
so please guys, in the void you leave the physical plane. you have no body. you can't feel anything physical at all. when you "felt your body only a little bit" you weren't even near the void. once you entered it, the physical plane doesn't exist for you anymore. with these very important information we can just ignore 10 things from the list now because we know that they aren't true at all. last but not least "it is the god state". but what is the god state? there are two main definitions here 1. just another term for the void so it's totally okay to say it, but what many here mean is 2. the "god state" mindset. that's a bit tricky, the second meaning is just a mindset. it represents your natural state of mind where you are limitless and powerful. you have it immediately in the void BUT if you have it here on the 3d you are not automatically in the void. you are still on the physical plane. tiny but important difference.
why the void state
you may already thought "damn, that sounds cool" but do you know how cool it actually is? besides that you finally align with your natural state of mind, that the void is pure happiness, peace, and joy, that you can chill there as much as you want, you can also do everything you want!! whatever it is, there are no limits. so here a few things you may don't know you can do:
- change the past
- skip time
- change your whole appearance to your liking
- shift everywhere
- manifest to wake up every night in the void
- manifest the future
- erase things (f.e. racism etc)
- manifest to always shift instantly
- change everything about your life
- manifest to lucid dream every nightā ā£
as you can see, a lot more than many people think of. and the coolest?? it is instantly, in the very moment you want it, 100% reality. in the void the 3d/4d time gap can not exist because you are ABOVE the 3d. in the void you and your subcons work completely together that means that you literally give the commands. what do you have to do for it? want it. you don't even need affirmations or anything. you just want it and it is reality, no other possible outcome. in the void you can not fail, never and with nothing. if you ever thought you were in the void but "didn't shift" this is your clear sign that you were definitely not in the void. you are pure power there, it is impossible for you to fail at anything.
what it "looks like"
a question many, many have! what do you see in the void? actually you see nothing. you have nothing to see, you have no eyes. that's something most people are afraid of, deep, endless black and nothingness. but that's not the whole answer. you can customize your void! you have something called a "mental image". it is a picture you have in your mind and that is what you see. you can change it to your liking, very common here are galaxies. you could compare it to very, very vivid visualization but you don't have to focus on it and it's completely natural. you see whatever you want to see in the void. if you don't want black nothingness, you won't have it. very simple. so please don't be scared!
iii. how to enter it
there are a lot of ways to enter the void! you can basically leave the 3d through everything you want but of course a few things are easier for the mainstream than others. just try what you like and don't think you have to enter it immediately. i always compare it to speaking a language after a long ass break. it's weird and maybe seems hard, but every day you get more confident and notice how easy it is. that's the exact same with the void. everything is progress because every single thing is one step closer to being comfortable.
the "before state"
a term you guys hear extremely often from me. i came up with it because this was also a misinformation. but wait, what is it?? the so called "before state." it describes the time where you, the awareness, get ready to leave the physical plane. it always happens and especially beginner can feel A LOT there. it is the state where you feel like spinning, floating, falling all at once with tingles, dizziness, and confrusion. some time ago people said that this is the void. it is not. that's, as you already know by now, something that happens before you enter the void. many feel it, some do not and that is completely okay. for most people that actually feel it this intense it get's less and less every time they try. like you get more and more used to the idea of the void state, you know? you mostly witness it when you try to enter it awake or through a physical state. if you think you can not stand it, that's okay, you got enough other ways!
awake
made for biginner and everyone else
-before doing anything, ask yourself what you wanna do there? do you wanna chill a bit, manifest something, shift? with the intention or affirmations? if you can answer that you're good to go
-maybe put your phone away really quick to just calm down a bit so you're not full of energy while trying. you could draw something instead?
-lay down in a position where you know that it won't distract you. nothing that hurts or is uncomfortable
-now it helps many (especially when it's your fist attemps) to have a vague "plan". do you wanna visualize? affirm? counting?
-if you wanna relax more you can take a few breaths at the beginning
-after that try to just don't care about your body. don't care about your breath (and DON'T focus on it!!), you can count or start visualizing/affirming till you reach a deep deep relaxed state
-now you'll probably start feeling A LOT. physically and mentally (i don't talk about the itchy-pain feeling, that's just you body). your body will feel like floating, spinning and falling at the same time, you'll be dizzy and "confused". that's okay and totally normal. just stand it, do not fight it*
-if you have trouble affirming while that happen just think about it, it doesn't have to be very specific
-after that you'll feel nothing, absolutely nothing
-then you'll leave the physical plane, you'll just know it because you feel inner peace and happiness and calm
*this is the before state and will most probably get less intense every time you try sleep
you can also enter it with a sleep method! a thing not many people know but that's why we are here, right? just go to bed, now you can do several things
- listen to subliminals
- affirm
- visualize
- have mental conversations about the void
- just set your intention
you can do all, you can do none, just one, whatever you want. it is like the intention for shifting just with the difference that you wanna leavsle the 3d and not change your physical environment. it is the method many people use when they have problems with the before state, don't wanna lay still or have no time for it. you can do it anytime, everywhere. if you focus right now on lucid dreaming? awesome, you can still intend. in fact, the intention is exactly equally progress as when you try it awake. so it's definitely not just a "lazy version"!
other ways
as said, you can leave the physical plane through everything but here are some of your favorites:
- lucid dreaming
you can do it already or practice it right now? awesome! maybe try to enter the void state throught it. once the dream is lucid start to say affirmations, visualize or intend. or whatever you feel called to do
- physical states
you can reach sats easily? the theta state? you meditate or are able to disconnect from your body?use it for the void state if you want. if you can enter one of these and it helps you to disconnect from the physical world, that is really great. do whatever you want to do or ate able to. the same recommended as always, visualization, affirmations, no matter what you like the most
- " is this even real?"
you know the moment when life feels kinda unreal?when you look at the physical world and genuinely question how this can be reality? these are great moments to affirm you are in the void! if it feels unreal, who could proof that you aren't in the void?
- subliminals
got no time or just don't wanna try? there are many good subliminals out there to enter the void state. personally i recommend solars one. just listening to subliminals can also bring you in the void. they send clear commands of what you want to your subconscious mind and it will just say "oh, wanna leave? okay got you sweetie!"
affirmations
- i am pure awareness
- i am pure consciousness
- i am in the void
- i am in the void state
- i leave the physical plane
- i leave the 3d
- i completely disconnect from the 3d
- i can not get influenced by anything physical
- i am just pure awareness
- i have my natural state of mind
- i have my natural power

- i am where i'm supposed to be

- i want to leave the physical plane
- i am comfortable with leaving the physical plane
