The Japanese language is endlessly beautiful & baffling. They probably even have a better term for that...
Identifying as "bike-sexual"
A few years after I became a full time cyclist, I started to identify as “bike-sexual.” The term started as a joke, but I realized I was rarely interested in people who didn’t ride bikes and that it was the best qualification to sum up who I was attracted to. It felt much more comfortable than identifying as gay, straight, bi, or what have you.
What is the connection between bikes and sex? They both make you feel good and keep your body healthy. They both help build strong relationships within our communities. My goal is to encourage people to ride bikes and to enjoy the fun and freedom that is inherent to cycling. I also want to encourage people, especially women, to be more open with expressing their sexuality and desires, whatever form those are in. In the car-centric and patriarchal society we live in, both those actions are revolutionary.

A great journey awaits. Along the way you face fears & conquer them, identify streams of self-doubt & ford them, discern the peaks of your arrogance & descend them, spot the clouds of self-pity that hang over you & hike out from under them. By the time the road ends, you emerge with renewed confidence--ready, you believe, to meet your maker, to face the face, to perceive a glimpse of the mastermind who crafted the masterpiece.

SUUNS "FEAR"
If objects falling to Earth pick up speed
And time is seemingly accelerating
Then are we all in the midst of a great fall
?
Why do we not give ourselves recklessly, abundantly, completely? We are simply part of an endless process, have nothing to gain or lose, but only to live it out.
Henry Miller
I must be myself. I cannot break myself any longer for you. I will so trust that what is deep is holy that I will do whatever inwardly rejoices me and the heart appoints.
