If you're still not quite clear on what the article is saying, this woman had a rapidly growing malignant tumor until her doctor poked it with one needle to take a sample.

Her immune cells responded to that tiny little needle wound as they normally would, and only then detected something wrong with the surrounding cells, attacking the cancer they now associated with that trivial damage.

It doesn't reliably work that way all the time or we would have noticed this happening a lot more often, but this would also seem to imply that, across the entire history of the practice, there's probably an above-zero number of people who actually beat cancer through acupuncture.

Sweet heavens, this has taken a while, but I'm happy with the result, a short comic to start showing Chris's perspective. And damn, it really shows how aroace i am when it comes to writing, because my entire line of thought when making this was:

Chris is an experienced biologist and field researcher. Should he make him think about Gaston just because? NAHH. It has to be because there's a change in his behavior pattern and it challenges preconceived notions about him. This is scientific curiosity at its best. We've seen how he's put his life at risk to solve mysteries several times in the series; I don't think that's going to stop now. The thing is… What he'll discover if he decides to investigate Gourmand's behavior further? That's a different story.

And what can I say about Gaston? His head is a complete mess right now. There's no normal way to handle a crush on an enemy without going to extremes. It's not normal for him to be tormented by guilt, but nothing has been normal for him in the last few months. Maybe an apology would help… But how? I hope you liked it. We'll continue with that story another day! BYEE

WOOF - This monstrosity is finished! A little late, but hell, time is an illusion when you have a toddler. I started this early November because I wanted to celebrate my own personal Chrismand shipping moment! It was the Thanksgiving episode that got me, fellas, but specifically HIT at this moment -

From then on, the hooks were in, and then I starting writing "Kink Powers Activate!" and it was GAME OVER. This stupid, silly paring that literally went from "they should fuck, it'll be fun" to "HOLY SHIT THEY'RE IDIOTS IN LOVE!!!!" and I haven't stopped thinking about them in the TWO years since. Still can't believe there's an active fanbase for this pair, but I love seeing EVERYTHING you all make! And I will NEVER make anything this detailed again. In the art department anyway... Nope, I'mma stick to shitpost doodles and too-long fanfics.

Okay so apparently Chris Kratt has been method acting gazelles since the 90s.

In the old Kratts' Creatures episode "Mungu's Revenge" if y'all wanted to know which eps he was literally out there on all four munching and EATING GRASS No with a creature power suit.

The Chrisselle We knew from Wild Kratts?? He was already existing doing that BEFORE it was animated. Which actually caught me off guard because I was thinking it was just Y'know A silly thing for kids to see on Cartoon but to Actually see The Irl Chris doing it was amusing lol.

Thirty years of commitment to being a gazelle. It's funny but No offense lol.
