What your fav LU boys says about you
Twilight and Sky fans: You're pretty similar. You tend to have that warm energy where everyone around you is very drawn to you. You hold a place well in the fandom and tend to write more than you draw, but you're likely to dabble with both if you're a creator. People naturally gather around you and you get along well with most other fans. You've got a hidden amount of crazy though that you tap into when you find the right crowd. You know how to break and fix those bones and you're not afraid to prove it (via fics/concepts, of course). You're supportive of other fans and are happy to explain for the newbies. You're fond of extremes, but adore complexity when it's available. Fluff? yes. Angst? Double portion please. Deep dive into the psyche of your fave that acknowledges their gentle demeanor but also touches on their inner darkness? You're comatose now- wake up sleepyhead!
Four fans: You're some sort of crazy, and everyone's just a little bit scared of you. Just a bit. You're generally nice, but you, like Four, have a bit of an extreme side and tend to end up getting involved in controversies of one kind of another. You love your debates and tend to get invested easily. As a rule, most Four fans tend to embody one of the popular characterizations for the colors, if not more than one. Be it very logical, very heartfelt, pragmatic, or aggressive, you've got a lot of feelings and no good reason not to let people know that (good for you!)
Time fans: Tend to have been around for a while, usually the older side of the fandom who knows his struggles as an adult, but also you might be "an old soul" (AKA you grew up too fast and/or had a rough/taxing childhood). You don't make as big of a to do very fandom stuff as some of us, but when you get invested, you GET INVESTED. You have some very firm opinions on matters and likely a lot of nostalgia for the classics of Zelda. A lot of Time fans are also artists and SUPER talented in my experience!
Wild fans: I hate to say it, but Wild is the gateway drug. You're here likely because he was your first Link and you don't know the rest of the boys very well yet. Most Wild fans are Wild fans just until they find the Link who best suits their tastes, but, he'll always be dear to them. Usually, fans of Wild are new to Zelda, LU, and are from the newer generation of gamers who played BotW first. You're up and out there and trying everything that you can in the fandom. You experiment a lot more than most of the other fans; you want to see and do it all! And you're eager to grow into the fandom space you've found. You're fiercely protective of your boy and don't appreciate criticism for his character or game (or the fact that he's your favorite). You take it a bit personally when people make comments about Wild/BOTW and are fiercely determined that he IS the best Link (right? he is, right? RIGHT?!?!?!!?)
Hyrule fans: Cryptids. You're a rarity. You're simultaniously some of the most wholesome and vicious fans out there. If you're an artist, your work is SHAPED, and if you're an author, the feels are real and prominent and you are angsting SO hard. You likely aren't super active in community, and mostly just enjoy lurking, but when you do pop in, you're usually really polite and brief with what you want to say. Unless we get a Hyrule heavy update, in which case you're loud and proud and very much making it known for your fellow fae-lovers, just in case they haven't gotten out from under their rocks yet, of course!
Legend fans: Seriously, you are so unwell. Be it gender dysphoria, struggles with your sexuality, mental shit or actual physical disability, you are going through so very much most of the time, so you cling to this scrumkly little pink dude with attitude issues because, in a way, he reminds you of yourself. You're some of the most diverse set of fans, statistically, but because of this, you tend to play nice with others. There's a lot of people sharing your favorite doll, and they all tend to think differently (again, because so many of you have mental shit, it DOES affect how you think) so you've either already adapted to sharing, or are getting there. You like collaborating with others and sharing ideas, trading HCs like candy and jumping from one extreme concept, design, or fic, to the next. You're crazy, but probably too tired, drained, or under-caffienated to act on it as much as some other fans. Still, you WILL overcome that long enough to temporarily lose your mind for a bit here or there, before you crash and have to go recover for a bit somewhere.
Wind fans: You're one of the quieter communities, but also one of the more sane ones, somehow?!?!?! You love your special little guy, but you don't always feel the need to make sure everyone else knows that. You probably know quite a bit of Zelda lore, and while you're likely not a traditionalist about the games, you do have an appreciation for the old ones more than the new, though you see little reason not to enjoy those ones in their own right too. You're pretty chill with other fans and tend to like pairings and groupings of heroes, but mostly because finding solo content of Wind is so hard. You're a trooper about it though, most of the time, and you're always cheering your sailor on from the tags.
Warriors fans: You are also so terribly unwell. You're violent savages, the lot of you. You take the most pleasure in making this man either bleed out or have to bleed someone else out, be that with fangs or a sword. For some reason, a lot of you like him as a vampire and it is a whole thing. You're a comment warrior and always fighting for him against so, so many people. You're suffering because he gets so much flack and a part of you dies every time you see him reduced to a pretty boy, a narcissist, a flirt, or some dumbass soldier boy who's written solely to prop the plot up for a different character. You simultaneously can't see him suffer enough and also need him to have the best things in life all the time. He isn't allowed to be happy-but only because you did it to him (or one of your buddies), not because of a hater taking the piss on him. You've accepted that he's a bit of a joke and gets punched around by the fandom as a whole, so you handle conflict and criticism better than a lot of people; still, you don't take anything lying down, and you always get back up.
Dink fans: I'm scared of you please don't hurt me.
