Y'know, trying to say that Sam isn't "one of the mates" not only doesn't make sense because he's Darlin's mate

Even after Vincent admitted to Sam hearing the... "activities" of the others during the Pack vacations, some of them are bound to try and talk about anything and everything. And Sam hears it all.

Just imagine Ash trying to tease the vamp and Sam leans back and pulls a "Weren't you the one" move on the Beta.

No one would be able to get away with a damn thing, he'd know it all. Overhearing something, telling the mates, and the mates using it to their advantage.

Sam overhearing Milo talking to David about something, for example, of something he's embarrassed to admit that he likes when Sweetheart does it. Sam then texts the mate about it. And when Milo gets back, Sweetheart does it and Milo is wondering how in the hell they knew that.

Sam fits in with the others better than you'd think. With the amount of comments he gets about being a "cowboy," the "Grampire" comments, he has to get back at them somehow.

I'm actually going insane this is so awesome.

I watched James first so let's unpack that:

Dreamer and James haven't spoken since the incident.

Dreamer DEFFO over hyped James in their mind, at least he's willing to help.

The whole call lowkey felt like an awkward phone call with your step dad which was funny to me but he clearly cares about Dreamer and wants them to get better.

I'm so interested to hear back from him and see what he can find out through his very limited sources.

Okay David and William,

William DEFINITELY already knows about some shady business going on that's GOING to put the pack in danger (hopefully we'll get to see some more Darlin' kicking ass action PLEASE ERIK IF YOU CAN HEAR ME), there's no way William would just RANDOMLY bring this up months/years (I haven't looked at the timeline idk where we are post summit rn) after the summit and Vince, Lovely, and Sam leaving the house.

William also lowkey clocked David when he could tell David was holding back and told him to speak freely, that made me giggle.

Had to listen to When the Chips Are Down from Hadestown like 4 times after finishing that audio.

Something crazy is about to go down in both story lines and I'm actually so excited about it, this double feature is dragging me back to the redacted fixation y'all I'm about to be so annoying.

From what we know they Stalemated with Quinn who’s an old blood vampire and was in a feeding frenzy (idk if that’s the right term it sounds right to me) while also protecting their friend

They fought two vampires and won

They one shot another vampire mid air

And I bet basically no one but Sam knows or talks about it
