This is a call to action for Star Wars fangirls everywhere.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am tired of putting up with male fans putting us down for loving something that should be for everyone.
I’m tired of being told I can’t like Star Wars.
I’m tired of having female characters sexualized.
I’m tired of fangirls and female characters being discriminated against because we aren’t men.
And I’ve decided I’ve had enough.
Come on, Fangirls. I say it’s time to make a stand.
Do what you think is right.
If you want to fight, then fight.
If you want to talk, then talk.
If you want to get crazy, then get crazy.
If you want to be civil, then be civil.
If you want to be mischievous, then be mischievous.
If you want to be bold, then be bold.
But remember that not all fanboys are against us.
But if we’re going to do this, we need to stand up for what we love and believe in.
Because it’s time for us to come together and end the stereotype that Star Wars is just for boys.
Reblog if you’re with me.
Whether you’re a fangirl, or a fanboy that believes what we do.
So let’s go take down some fanboys.
