Inequality against women and girls is prone across all societies. Numerous movements against this issue have exposed the motive of Patriarchy in varying households. As we all know, Patriarchy is a system of society wherein the position of leadership is given to a man and is passed through the male line. Knowing this, I perceived that this is not only a form of gender equality but also an adversity the deteriorates humanity's creative potential.

As an advocate for gender equality, I stand to speak out about the inequality and discrimination against women and girls by men who have power due to Patriarchy. Through this post, I want to encourage everyone, especially youths like me, to join me in my actions against Patriarchy, to someday achieve a society where men and women are viewed equally in all aspects of life.

Recently, I realized that this issue impacts women and girls of color the hardest as they experience racial discrimination as well. I discovered that these women are the most vulnerable to exploitation and abuse, yet are also the least likely to be heard. So, as we fight, not only Patriarchy will be prevented but also other discriminations that are correlated to gender.

We should all long for a world where every individual has equal rights regardless of gender, race, religion, political views, and much more. After all, these factors don't make a person less human than the other.
