Sunday morning
I think more of my winter Sunday mornings should start like this. It’s 7:30 am and I have bread just starting its bulk ferment and I’m sitting on the couch with a cup of tea and a book. ( Wild by Cheryl Strayed for those who are bookies) My bread dough feels good, strong, delicious-bound. Is that a sign?? January has been good so far. Lots of lots, Michelle
