Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli florets to the skillet and saut for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, ensuring they cover the broccoli evenly.
