Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded fontina cheese. 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1 cup fresh spinach leaves. 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for drizzling.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C or as per pizza dough package instructions. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded fontina cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the chopped lobster meat, fresh spinach leaves, and crumbled bacon on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining fontina cheese over the toppings. If desired, add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve your Lobster and Spinach Pizza with Bacon and Fontina hot and enjoy!
