Hello, yes DHL is charging imports tax fee / customs clearance which is entirely separate from the shipping fees, and unfortunately I have no control over it as it is imposed by the destination country 😢

they close at midnight of the 24th, Dubai timing, so once the date changes to the 25th, that is the equivalent of:

Hi, I love your art and your batboys plushies but I noticed they're only 10cm compared to the other plushies on your website which are 22cm. Is there any particular reason? Just curious 💜

That's because the batboys are keychains!! they will each have a keychain attached so you can hang them on your bags / keys / cars etc.

— if they were bigger that would not be possible, and I just kind of felt it would be cute to have them as trinkets and be able to carry them on adventures everywhere with you (I personally wanted to be able to take my nightwing with me 🤭)
