i canāt talk to my friends about having an eating disorder so instead i go online to tell a bunch of strangers who will understand

Diets i want to follow or have followedšš«š
To start this is a post just for me to remind me which diets worked (and which where shit) and which ones i want to try. I donāt prromote any of these diets, they can be very dangerous. I only do them because i mean iām a sickhead idgaf if i die.
The ABC dietš:
Ok so this diet Ć®s VERY DANGEROUS but i got ta say iāve done this diet and you lose so much weight like wow if i had the guts i would do it again but like i said itās very dangerous.
The perfect body dietš:
Monday: 700 Tuesday: 500 Wendsday: 500 Thursday: 600 Friday: 1000 Saturday: 600 Sunday: 800.
So i tried this diet and it didnāt really work for me. But i mean every body is diferent right? Itās pretty easy to follow so i mean why not try it.
The 2468 dietāļø:
Day 1: 200 cal
Day 2: 400 cal
Day 3: 600 cal
Day 4: 800 cal
Day 5: Fast.
I want to try this diet so bad i think iām going to start it on monday and update you guys:)
The pure dietš¦:
Day 1: water fast
Day 2: 200 cal
Day 3: water fast
Day 4: water fast
Day 5: 500 cal
Day 6: 200 cal
Day 7: 650 cal
Day 8: water fast
Day 9: fast
Day 10: 250 cal.
I never tried this diet but i heard you can lose up to 11-14 lbs ( around 6 kg) if you do it. I donāt know if iāll try it because i donāt really like fasting as much as i used to anymore. I would rather restrict.
The sacred dietāØ:
This diet is just basically eating a lot of soup. The soup recipe is:
1-2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 large green onions
one can of beef broth (no fat)
1 package Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans of green beans
2 pounds of carrots
2 green peppers.
Cut the vegetables Ʈn small/mediu pieces.
Cover w/water.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Reduce the simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Season w/whatever you like.
You can eat this soup whenever you like. You can eat as much as you want. This soup will not add calories but acctually the more you eat the more you lose. Now for what to eat during the week:
Day 1: eat only soup and fruit.
Day 2: eat only vegetables no fruits at all, and soup.
Day 3: soup, fruit and vegetables. (you should have lost 5 lbs by now IF you didnāt cheat)
Day 4: bananas and skimed milk. Eat as many bananas as you want (or can) and drink a shit tone of milk. Donāt forget about the soup!!!
Day 5: beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounches of beef and no more than a can of tomatoes, also soup.
Day 6: beef and vegetables. Eat as much as you want. Soup too!!!
Day 7: brown rice, fruit juice and vegetables. Of course eat your soup!
Ok so this is the diet. I never tried this diet but it seams nice lol. Oh and if you want to do this diet again you should wait at least 2 days before starting again.
The 3 week miracole dietš:
Day 1: 200 cal
Day 2: 400 cal
Day 3: 500 cal
Day 4: 600 cal
Day 5: 700 cal
Day 6: 700 cal
Day 7: 750 cal
Day 8: 700 cal
Day 9: 650 cal
Day 10: 420 cal
Day 11: 500 cal
Day 12: 600 cal
Day 13: 750 cal
Day 14: 300 cal
Day 15: 500 cal
Day 16: 600 cal
Day 17: 400 cal
Day 18: 550 cal
Day 19: 400 cal
Day 20: 600 cal
Day 21: 700 cal.
This diet i found in here but never tried. I want to do it because i heard you can lose so much weight from it but idk.
So these are all the diets i know about. Of course there are the snow white or cinderella type of diets but i donāt really like those. Maybe i will make a post about them later! Stay safe lovesš and remember itās never too late to get help.
