Here's a humanoid species I'm developing based on sirens/harpies. They have mostly leathery skin, with scarce feathering and they walk on their lower wings.

They live on coastlines in trees and/or cliff faces. While primarily a flying species, they also dive in the sea and rest on rocks in the water. Sirens in mythology were first bird based then merged with mermaids conceptually. I thought, why not have both in one. I'll potentially post some concept sketches to show their LORE.

Working with the colors on one of my characters. I expanded my profile pic version of him. I thought him being all blue was too simple, so I put in some warmer tones.

Day 3 - Draw a figure using a reference in action

I drew one of my main characters this time. I got this reference and wanted to draw him facing down a being/creature, but I didn't have the time/effort. So I just threw a barbel in his hands and called it a day. Gotta get them gains.

Day 2 - Draw a figure using a reference

I've played through most of the Echo Project, and I wanted to draw one of the cast. I got a random reference from sketchdaily that was perfect for a melancholic Chase looking over the "lake".

I found myself surprisingly engrossed in the past trauma of the cast, and their relationships. The supernatural elements added the perfect hook. Plus, I quite enjoyed reading about a bunch of gay furries.
