Hey! I just saw your post about boundaries and it really resonated with me, what I wanted to share with you is that I did a bunch of my own youtube sleuthing and realised for the longest time my understanding of setting boundaries has been kinda flawed and I wanna recommend you search too for some videos on there on setting boundaries and hear out some professionals (I'd recommend Kati Morton) because for so long I thought I could TELL people how to treat me and I've realised unfortunately that doesn't work and we really have to SHOW them and it's uncomfy but the only way - but she and a lot of other professionals have really helped me understand how people keep pushing my boundaries. <3 <3 with so much solidarity also obviously this is no substitute for in person therapy but sh*ts expensive

Hey thank you for reaching out with this response and offering a suggestion, I appreciate the kindness and I'll have to check the videos out. Oh I absolutely agree with how expensive therapy gets for real haha but yes, definitely the best course of action and super beneficial whenever possible.
