We built these to our clients specs. Raw material to wall lags and mounting plates to a sweet custom rust patina. Love this stuff!!

This project consisted of a large, weathered pergola in need of some solid steel brackets for reinforcement.  Structurally sound and a fancy new coat of paint.  Check it out!  Looks better than new!

Industrial Bumper & Spare Tire Carrier, Boise ID

Thought we'd throw in an off road side project!  This is a custom built heavy duty swinging tire gate for your 4X4 spare.  Currently holding a 38" Toyo Open Country M/T but we designed it to hold up to a 44".  Swings easily on two huge taper roller bearings.  Built to last.  Pictures from Phase 1 of the build.  More to come!

We had fun building this steel beast! Its a 25 foot, one piece hand railing we finished this week. Built to code under a tight deadline! The owners wanted to finish off their very cool stone paver stairway to the front door.

Garden pergola/arbor made of steel in the USA:)

On the smaller side of things, this rusted steel pergola fits in the corner of our customers raised garden bed. This will be covered with honeysuckle in the up coming summer months! Location: North End Boise, Idaho

This is a very cool looking two color powder coat hand rail. The owner of the house designed it her self and Evans Iron Design built it! Wrought iron with antique brown finish. The pickets are brushed steel with thick clear powder coat.

Medical Cylinder Cages Welded Steel in Boise, ID

We built eight of these this week for the medical industry. These each take about an hour to complete, with two guys cutting and MIG welding.

I called it the "Shark Cage Project" because they remind me of the cages that divers get into when filming the great whites for National Geographic :)

Black Wrought Iron Fence in Eagle, ID

This elegant wrought iron fence is built surrounds the entire backyard of this 1 acre estate in the Castlebury Subdivision in Eagle, Idaho. We built it with the owner's pet dog, a Yorkshire Terrier in mind, because the owner did not want his dog to be able to escape the yard.
