Just do it, my story

2 years I ago I started my struggle with losing weight. At first I started with fitness(cardio) and some simple strength machine exercises. A long the way I created an interest for strength training, but I was a bit scared to get really started. Once I did, I couldn't stop. I started with a simple schedule, and build from there. I learned so much about training and food, and I'm still learning ofcourse. I went from 195 lbs to 146 lbs! And still going... Now I want to share my story to motivate other women, and learn from other people!

Something good to start the day with✌️ Never compare yourself with others, you don't know how long they've been training for, or where they came from when they started. All the fitness models you see as the perfect physique you want to have, think about how do accomplish something like that. They get paid for how they look and workout everyday, they use hormones and god knows what else to get a physique like that.
