The term Sapphic encompasses queer non-men who experience love towards other non-men. This could be a bisexual woman, a lesbian woman, a non binary lesbian, an asexual pansexual genderfluid person, etc. Some people also just use the term sapphic to refer to themselves. It really just means non men who are also attracted to non men. Here’s a picture of the flag:
