Dragon vocals!
When i first found out that i was dragonkin, i was a little confused on vocals. I didn’t know what sounds dragons made or how to make those sounds. So, i’ve made a list of sounds and how to do them, i hope this helps :) Lmk if i missed any sounds!
Growl - this is a low, deep sound that should come from the back of your throat. Try making an ‘r’ sound! You can look at videos of other animals (like big cats) growling to get an idea of the noise!
Hiss - This is similar to how a cat hisses! When a dragon does it, it’s generally much lower and slower than a cats fast, high-pitched hiss. Try to make a ‘sh’ sound but stress on the ‘s’. Your tongue should be on the top of your mouth, with the sound coming from either side.
Roar - This can be a little tricky, it’s not just shouting! It’s a bit similar to the growl. It should be low and deep, with a bit of ‘rumble’ to it. Try saying ‘roar’ but less definitively. You shouldn’t be ‘saying’ it, but follow the pattern, if that makes sense? Start by growling (your ‘r’ sound), followed by a deep ‘shout’ (the ‘oa’) and then back down to a growl (the ‘r’ again.) This can be noisy so practice when you’re home alone or in a sound proof room so you don’t disturb your family and neighbours too much!
Next is the ‘emotional’ noises. Now, really, a dragon can make a variety of noises other than hiss, growl and roar, so these aren’t set in stone. Feel free to do whatever feels natural! But these are just some basic emotional sounds to give a bit of a guideline.
To show love - Dragons may ‘purr’ like cats, however it will be a bit different. A dragons purring is mostly a growl, but softer and quieter. You can watch videos of cats purring to get an idea!
To show aggression - Dragons will growl and roar loudly when aggressive! They may also hiss.
To show fear - When a dragon is scared they may ‘whimper’, like a hiss but softer, or they may growl to show that they will fight. To make the ‘whimper’ or hiss noise, make a hissing noise then make it quieter and softer. When growling in fear you can add a bit of a stutter.
To alert - Dragons will likely make a high pitched, loud noise like a screech. It may have a bit of panic to it. Think of it like a ‘hree’ or ‘shree’ but loud, like you’re shouting it! To make it, say ‘hree’ or ‘shree’, but like a roar, don’t define the word too much. Make it high pitched!
Keep in mind, you don’t have to do all of these, or any at all! make whatever noises feel natural. For the emotional ones, they can be useful for doing quadrobics or mental shifts! It makes you feel pretty connected and natural, making the same noise as your kintype would to react :)

there is literally zero excuse to be a freak and ‘not believe in’ someone elses kin identity.
‘i dont believe in past lives!’ great? neither do i! and i also literally didnt ask what you believe in, i dont give a shit what you do or dont believe in, YOUR beliefs dont change what i am, and you saying you simply ‘dont believe’ in a FACT about my identity makes literally zero sense.
i am mentally, psychologically, a cat. that is my identity, that is what i am and always have been. it is literally none of your business WHY i believe that (and i can 100% guarantee you it is nothing spiritual or nothing even close to spiritual), but you cant just sit there and claim a fact about what i am is something you ‘dont believe in’.
that is literally the same rhetoric people who are transphobic use against trans people btw. ‘i dont believe in your identity therefore respecting your identity would be contradictory to my beliefs so i cant do it’, uhhh yeah you can… its the bare fucking minimum to allow someone to be themselves without argument in your presence.
i dont go around telling people who believe in a god that theyre non-theistic just because I personally dont believe in a god… because that makes no fucking sense. just because im atheistic doesnt make referring to a theist as the theist they are ‘contradictory to my beliefs’.
some people online really use two braincells and it shows.
this is your daily reminder to be cringe out of spite. wear your tail and ears out to the store. go to your back yard and howl at the moon. make a den, cave, or burrow out of pillows and blankets in your living room, bring popcorn inside, and watch cartoons on any device you can fit down there. practice making kintype appropriate animal noises. run around the house on all fours. climb a tree and look down at the world from the branches. sit in chairs like your kintype would. mix foods to look more like kintype related food and eat it. talk to your stuffed animal. heck, carry it around like a dog toy! it isn't against the law, and cringe culture just doesn't matter anymore. you are you, my animal friend. and by being you, you spite hundreds of anti otherkins and cringe culture enjoyers. be proud of it, spiting cringe culture is an achievement.
everythingkin has a really ugly theme
Anyone know the url of that bitch who claims to be kin with everything. I thought it was everythingkin but I can’t find anything so she either changed her url or deactivated. She was the one who made that post about kinning the grinch sexually
arent most kins sexual in some sense
since you are kin with everything, does that mean you are allowed to reclaim slurs that don't necessarily match up with your physical body? for example, you kin every person of colour that has ever existed, so can you reclaim the n-word?
not every black person reclaims or uses the n word, not every gay person reclaims faggot or dyke, and not every marginalized person reclaims the vocabulary of the oppressor. being kin with many different types of people and conceptualization makes me more keen to the differences in people, in history, ethnic and socioeconomic classifications, and therefore unwilling to engage in the proprietiations of these words, especially because of my multitude of identities outside of these groups.
slurs are not why i identify with people, their deep and individual experiences are, so it feels unfair to make a catch-all judgement, or even reduce them to this one dimension of themselves. it feels pretty racist to believe the most important thing of a poc identity is their relationship to opression
have you always been everythingkin, or is it something that developed over time? can you kin things that don't exist yet? do you kin the coronavirus? since it is a living thing, after all. this isn't me making fun of you, i am genuinely curious (:
its definitely something i have discovered over time. feeling so connected to everything all the time can be... overwhelming at times. if they arent on my radar, i dont kin them. if they are evil, sinful, hurtful, gratiously violent, or just not aligned with my moral compass i dont identify with them the same way many others dont identify with those things even when they are found in their own communities. there are obviously grey areas, and thats part of what this blogs exploration is about.
for covid19, i identify with all those affected by it, therefore i identify with the disease in a way, but i am not aligned with it. most things in life have purpose or cause, and covid is no different (specifically, its a reflection of humanities response to a pandemic outbreak)
i don't think kinfolk count as lgbt+, since that's for sexualities & gender identities. obviously you're welcome in the community, but your kintypes aren't what make you a part of it.
i just think its a pretty queer thing in general, not necessarily lgbt, moreso that its an outward reflection on my own gender identity and how i relate to people
wh4t 4re ur thoughts on neopronouns? do u ever use them? 4nd will u ever sh4re what u look like? i w4nn4 see the legend behind the blog
i dont currently use neo pronouns since they were almost too ultra specific for someone who identifies with everything, and i still use she since thats what i use irl for those not “in the know” so to speak. my main concern with a face reveal is a doxing situation but i want to share more then i previously did while i was still a minor
I read your blog and it's pretty interesting. I've made the choice to identify as you. I'm going to call it everythingkinkin.
honestly i think a more appropriate moniker would be sethkin since that is my name lol... but if you chose to identify as my blog itself i wish you the best!
