Iโve started keeping a list of things that make me annoyed, I feel like I can get really bitter sometimes and I donโt want to be that way. Iโm hoping that by keeping track for a little while, if something comes up frequently, then I need to evaluate that situation and work out how to not feel that way. Whether thatโs a perspective change or not exposing myself to those situations.
