Remember my Bloody Laughing Jack I made for halloween?

Someone recently took the time to reach out to me and inform me that a user on this platform copied my artwork, posted it on Twitter and used it in a monetized video.

I am not happy.

I never gave that person permission, they never even attempted to contact me and I will call them out for their actions. Stealing from an artist's work is not an acceptable behavior!

I make these drawings to bring myself happiness. I post them so that you can enjoy them too. I do it with absolute faith that you guys will respect me and my intellectual property and just have fun alongside me. Linching from my work to make a little profit is exactly the opposite and is, to me, very selfish. It takes away from the pleasure of posting my things on social media.

I'm saddened by the fact that there has to be some bad apples everywhere. I hope that this doesn't happen again.

Don't steal, don't trace, just don't copy. At the very least, ask!

Now, as I am saying this, some of you might get angry too and want to give this person an earful yourself. Please don't. I'm already addressing the situation. It is being handled. Thank you so much for wanting to help, it warms my heart. I just don't want to potentially start a witchunt, alright.

Here’s Zowe, my female humanized mutant of a Zombie from Minecraft~! ;} For her, I decided to give her a little bit more hair and change her style slightly. She is a little more beat up than Zandy and is even missing one shoe. This could lead to believe she’s survived the infection a little bit longer than him. I didn’t say it earlier, but it’s actually my first time doing green skin that wasn’t supposed to be originally green. I tried to add a little bit more red to it and left the veins their natural color instead of turning them green. I hoped it would make them pop out instead of just blending in with the skin. Here’s Zandy, my male humanized mutant of a Zombie from Minecraft~! ;} Let’s be honest here, drawing a Zombie is not really that complicated and I’ve already done Steve so I kinda alredy had a base with him. Thing is, I wanted to make him at least a little bit different than Steve so I decided to make him more of an adult and change both his hairstyle and his facial features. I was originally gonna make him as clean as in the game, but I finally decided to rip up and stain his clothes and skin. He’s a zombie, man. They live outside throught every type of temperature, they don’t care about etiquette, they’re probably death and rotting. Perfect clothes just makes no sense to me personally. Since it’s probably the typically know deadly infection that turned who he was into this, I gave him a bunch of visible veins, probably irritated, and opted for unusually fully black eyes to follow the character in the game too. He also has scaring and bandaging for the same reason. Either he caught the disease throught one, either they came after while he was chasing unsuspecting preys that tried to defend themselves. Here’s my “humanized” version of Steve Lvl.100 from Minecraft~! ;} Boy, did he grow throught all those level ups, hahaha! I decided to follow the typical “bigger, better” type of player for this one. My man Steve here now has a full set of diamond armor doubled with a diamond sword (minus a diamond helmet, I know, I wanted to see is face alright?) and a shield on his back big enough to hide behind while crouched. I’ve decided to beef him up and give him a new haircut/nice shave to show his evolution. He’s done it, he’s won, he is now a man, a real one, and holds himself like the true victor. Here’s my “humanized” version of Steve Lvl.10 from Minecraft~! ;} So, here’s our little boy (…of 6ft., but whatever). My first idea came exactly from that. He’s a boy, a young men ready to explore and fight all the way to victory but, for now, he still young and alone. He’s not that impressive, just a bit scrawny and tries desperately to prove himself as a true man. See that somewhat awkward beard? (And the reference to Steve’s previous skin?) “Only men can grow beard” is a little concept I had behind that bear. Steve is really starting from scratch here. he’s got his wood mining and gardening tools on his back, a rough looking stone sword and only a leather chest piece to complete his looks. Here’s my “humanized” version of Alex Lvl.100 from Minecraft~! ;} I decide to (kinda) branch out from the “common” type of player and made more of a crafty, dungeon crawling, enchantment heavy character. Her compass as now been modified to be imbedded into her bracer for easier use. She’s taken to making potions, tnt and other craftables. I gave her an elytra, one of those rarer armor piece and it makes you capable of “flight” in survival mode. She now also has some armor, and it’s enchanted to thanks to those end engravings! Following that path, I also decided that she would have an enchanted sword. Honestly, whatever you guys think would fit best for enchantments on her sounds good to me.
