Okay so first off all you’re wrong.

Nonbinary genders are not a new thing, they are not a by-product of Tumblr or other sites because they are a real thing recognised by people who study gender as their job.

I recommend reading Gender Trouble by Judith Butler as it explains queer theory and as such nonbinary genders rather well. I would also recommend Gender and Sexuality for Beginners by Jaimee Garbacik as well because it’s a fantastic starting place for people wanting to understand more about gender and of course sexuality.

Stop with this hatred of other people just because they are different than you. I am a trans binary woman and as such will admit I don’t understand what it’s like to be nonbinary but just because I don’t know or understand what it’s like doesn’t mean it’s not real. This logic is like saying you don’t believe in space because you have never seen it, been there or experienced it.

also for the fact that hermaphrodites don’t even exist, somebody didn't do their research. what they're referring to are inter-sex people who are actually given non consenting surgery to “fix” them as a very young child which often ends up with them being very confused when just because they happened to be born with very large gentiles for the average vagina or very small gentiles for the average penis but then end up later on turning out to be the opposite gender to the gender assigned to them at birth without even asking them. how do you ask a child their gender when they’re not even old enough to do jack shit yet? wait till they’re old enough to tell you, not that hard.
