We are a DID system who has several alters that identify as therian. Some alters do not identify as therian but do feel a kinship to certain animals or creatures due to our dehumanizing abuse we endured. More info on what we identify as and what you may see here below. We are 28 years old, use they/them pronouns, and don’t really identify with one specific gender or sexuality. We are fluid in almost all aspects of identity due to our disorder. A majority of us are not religious, but we may sometimes reblog religious things due to our traumas having to do with religion in many aspects. We are American, but we culturally celebrate our Norwegian, Celtic, and German heritage. Hence the name, Fáelán Hund, which is Old Irish (little wolf) and German (hound/dog). We are also slowly starting to reconnect with our Native American roots, but that is slow going. We have AuDHD, ASPD traits, and OCD as well. We are also physically disabled and typically walk with a cane or a crutch. We have recently been coming to terms with our diagnoses of dysautonomia, HSD (hypermobility spectrum disorder), FND (functional neurological disorder), and other generalized chronic pain and chronic fatigue diagnoses.

You can call us Fáelán, Hund, or Fáelán Hund.

We will probably be mostly posting things related to our theriotypes or animals that certain alters love/identify with but don't consider a theriotype. (-hearted) We are still kind of new to the alterhuman/therian community, so please be kind if we mess something up. We will likely also post trauma related things, which can have triggering content. Religious themes, themes of gore/blood/violence/cannibalism, and sometimes sexual trauma things as well. We usually try to tag things but cannot guarantee that we always will. With that in mind, please tread carefully.
𝓓𝓝𝓘?
Minors tread with caution. There may sometimes be sexual content here, but it'll be rare. We have other blogs for that.
DNI if you disrespect DID systems or try to tell us we are not a system. We have been professionally diagnosed and have been in therapy for years. We are actively healing. Us making this blog is us feeling comfortable expressing and celebrating this part of ourselves for the first time in our life.
We will mostly post about therian related things here, specifically with our theriotypes listed below. However, there are other kins/types that we might most about, as well as just other animals or "aesthetics" that we might post about.
𝓞𝓾𝓻 𝓜𝓪𝓲𝓷 𝓣𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓸𝓽𝔂𝓹𝓮𝓼:
Grey Wolf - this is our main theriotype. A black wolf with golden eyes or blue eyes. We will likely reblog a *lot* of wolf related content. We may also specifically relate black wolves and sheep together, particularly the concept of a "wolf in sheep's clothing" or werewolves (vicious beasts hiding under human skin).
Irish Wolfhound - a black Irish Wolfhound (or just wolfhounds or deerhounds in general) is also a common type you will see
Fox - we have a lot of variety here in terms of what types of foxes we identify with. Silver foxes, red foxes, cross foxes, etc. We just put "fox" as a general term.
Rose - technically a "plantkin" sort of thing but it feels a bit deeper than that? This is a newer thing we are exploring and learning to accept. Red roses with thorns are something a large group of our alters align with heavily.
Rabbit - usually a white or black jackrabbit, but also bunnies. Presents as both therianthropy or otherhearted depending on the alter.
Vampire - several alters identify as vampirekin
Werewolf - several alters identify as a black werewolf with red or blue eyes.
𝓞𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻 𝓘𝓶𝓹𝓸𝓻𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓽 𝓣𝔂𝓹𝓮𝓼/𝓚𝓲𝓷𝓼:
(Non-Animalistic)
Elves, Dolls, Robots, Deities/Angels/Fallen Angels/Demons, "Concepts" (like "the cold of winter" or "the dark corner at night"), and faeries.
𝓞𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻:
(Not related to therian or kin stuff, but things some alters love or feel aligned to. Usually otherhearted, copinglink, or vesility)
Raccoons, opossums, coyotes, rats, tigers, birds (mostly swans, owls, vultures, and corvids), deer, butterflies, and lambs/goats.
𝓣𝓪𝓰𝓰𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓢𝔂𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓶:
For therian related posts, we type the [type].therian. The main ones we use are #wolf.therian, #hund.therian, #dog.therian, and #fox.therian. The difference between hund and dog is that (for us) hund = wild dog/undomesticated dog, while a dog is an animal that is a pet or is domesticated. If you identify with wild dogs, check out the #hund.therian tag, if you identify with domesticated dogs, check out the #dog.therian tag. We also often use the tag #feral.posting for anything related to living wild or being a feral animal.
For kin related posts, we'll do the [animal/creature].kin. Examples: #elf.kin, #angel.kin, #bird.kin, etc. For otherhearted identities we will tag as such. #coyote.hearted for example.
For trauma related stuff or kinda intense posts that relate to trauma in our mind, we tag those things #trauma.core. We also trigger-warn those posts if there are things like blood, gore, animal death, etc. If you want to filter those tags, we always tag them as "tw [trigger]" so, for example, tw animal death or tw gore.
For funny stuff or memes, go to #meme.posting
For general alterhuman/nonhuman/therian posts that don't pertain to any specific thing, we tag that stuff as #nonhumanity
𝓢𝓸𝓶𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓼 𝓽𝓸 𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮𝓻 𝓫𝓮𝓯𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓯𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓲𝓷𝓰:
-Some alters have extreme violence in their trauma history. We were tortured for years, so this may reflect in some of the content here. There may very well be sexual themes or gore at times. We will usually try to tag triggering content accordingly. You are more than welcome to ask us to tag things if you want something specific tagged so you can filter it properly.
-We would love to have therian blogs mutual us. If you have a theriotype that matches one of ours, we will probably follow you back if you follow us first/reblog things to your therian blog. We are only just now entering this scene and are excited to make friends. We will follow from bone-marreaux
