Mark Rothko Untitled, 1960 Mixed media on canvas 92 ⅞ × 81 in. (235.9 × 205.7 cm) The Toledo Art Museum
Brand new, brighter scan of this. Our old scan was decent but because of the darker quality of it, you could not tell much difference between the dark blue on top and the black at the bottom. This also gives us a new look at the background which looks more saturated and lighter now.
In spite of the brighter blues it’s still a moody piece.
