Here we Go! Adoption Rules!

Rules to adopt a Nekomane or Toadoni are simple! Much like adopting a Wyrm! With a few additional rules to ensure best care for your future critters!

Step 1: Fall in love with a Critter

Step 2: Submit a COLORED drawing of said critter!

Step 3: Be the FIRST to do so!

RULES: Only ONE critter can be submitted for at a time! A single blog cannot adopt multiple critters at once. That also includes the Wyrms. You must pick ONE critter per week. There will be complete critter sets and bundles for adoption available in the future! But as of right now it’s One Critter per week!

And that’s it!

uhhhh so i was able to do a little doodle of Zucchi, as an addition to my 800 word litte story :3

@solarc0r3 I haven't seen your short story yet! But yours is the first doodle to submit for Zuchhi so there she is!!! ADOPTED!!! Zucchi is incredibly skilled at playing fetch. Now-- it's a specific brand of fetch. You want her to fetch something from the garden? kitchen? yard? Sure!! Zucchi can go get that! If you play 'dog' fetch, in which you throw a thing with the expectation for Zucchi to return it! NO! Zucchi is not servant! Zucchi is helper! She get that thing you need to make dinner. Thing you need to dig hole? Zucchi will get! But do not THROW THINGS! She does not like. She also enjoys a good bird bath. She knows it is for birds, but it is now for Zucchi only. Moist. She likes them especially if they are the bubbling kind.

unintentionally made him look like a strawberry. face markings look weird bc I forgot them and had to color over the red 💀

He looks so cute!!! Thank you for trying for him! I got several asks before this one and so had to give Toma to the first entry!

@justahaywire YOU HAVE ADOPTED THE GRUMPY TOMATO TOMA!!! He's very affectionate, but....tis a secret. Otherwise very grumpy, protective! Best garden gnome you will ever have! All vegetables are safe around Toma! He will bark at squirrels, rabbits, moles and eat all your slugs. Perfect garden guardian. And if you caught him happily napping under the flowers-- no you didn't. <3

The rule is typically to draw the creature you want to adopt but not everyone feels confident in drawing something so— sure! I’d love a little blurb about the creature you’re interested in!

Thunder is a senior and sadly had to be rehomed which is not an easy process for a Nekomane! He’s got a lot of love to give to the right person who’s willing to be patient with him!

SPECIAL ADOPTION BATCH!!!! I give you:

This is a mother and son pair, Rainy and her kitten Puddle! Puddle is only 10 years old! By Nekomane standards that is a BABY!! {This is a bonded pair! DO NOT SEPARATE!!! } They must be adopted together and so to accomplish this: I am setting up a new rule for Bonded Pairs! To adopt a pair, you must get with a friend and make a collab drawing of the Pair!!!

As always though, the toads and other two cats for this batch are individuals and do not need to be adopted together so the usual rules apply!

Thunder is this batch’s senior cat at 750 years old, and has had something of a rough life. He’s a little grumpy but he’s as loyal as they come once you get to know him!

New Rule Going Forward!!!

So I've noticed something of a concern about hoarding creatures again, which in the past I, and our sister sanctuary have enacted rules to try to prevent. Since everyone should have the opportunity to get a creature they truly love and adore! That should be true for new adopters and old ones. Especially considering I do not post batches very often, there are not a lot of pets from the Emporium available to begin with. So this new rule will be put on the main Pinned post shortly, but I wanted to make a separate post about it;

If you have more than 10 of ANY CREATURE,

(and that includes our sister Sanctuary: Motherof Wyms, AND any NON-AFFILIATED adoption blogs,) you may submit for a creature. HOWEVER: new adopters will take priority!!!

That means if someone who has less than 10 creatures submits for the same critter as you, they will receive the critter FIRST. If NOBODY submits for that critter for a full 48 HOURS (2 full days) then whoever had otherwise submitted for that creature will be the adopter.
