So… is the reason we’re not seeing Fionna and Simon together at all, cuz she’d loose her sh*t and seeing him would trigger her? Like listen. So awesome we got to see Fern. Also very interesting to learn how Fionna feels like she’s more in Fern’s place than the other way around. And I love Cake thinking that maybe her and monochrome aren’t actually supposed to happen. Ties in with my theory that since Fionna world has become more of an alternative universe (INSTEAD OF A PARALLEL UNIVERSE) that things aren’t gonna nor supposed to follow Finn’s world exactly
