this blog and a good chunk of its following comes from my works writing about the wolf pack from twilight. the tribe who’s legends were bastardized to give us those characters are in need of donations so they can move to safer-ground, so please check out this link and donate if you can! Twilight AU where Carlisle is still like 350 years old but when he adopts new vampires (either by biting them himself or taking in strays like Alice and Jasper), they eventually 'grow up' and move on. So the fact that Edward is still with him means that he's a newish vampire. "How long have you been 17?"

"About 3 years."

". . . wait, what? That's it?"

"I was in a bad car accident in Illinois a few years ago; my dying mother begged Carlisle to do everything in his power to save me."

"Oh. I had just assumed all vampires were really old."

"Wait, you thought I was 100 years old and still attending high school?"

"I thought it was part of your cover story to blend in."

"No, I'm here to finish my education. It was interrupted when I became a blood-drinking demon of the night."

"But you talk . . . like you're from a different time."

"That could be Carlisle's influence. Or it could be that my father was a successful lawyer and I'm a private school-educated piano prodigy."

i've said it before but it will forever and always make me insane that jacob's ending is to join the cullens for the sake of bella not having to give anything up. they find out jake will be immortal & tied to renesmee forever, so bella gets to smile & say "my family is finally complete! ^-^" but jake already HAS a family. he has a father and 2 sisters. quil, embry, seth and sam are like his brothers. jacob and leah were planning to run away together. he's always been welcome in emily's home, sue has been a family friend since before his birth. bella abandons her mortality by choice because she feels no connection to the people around her, but jacob has really strong bonds. it's clear that every character we meet in la push is like family to him, he's an active member of the community. jake would've graduated high school and been a mechanic, would've grown into a young man. a good friend, a fun uncle, a present son. he's set up to have such a rich life. and he's just magically compelled to give that up. beyond his control, he loses sight of everything, because his high school crush's baby is now the singular most important thing to him. he's perpetually 18 with his perpetually 18 year old girlfriend, running around vancouver or alaska or wherever with the girl who friendzoned him at 16 & her in-laws (who were antagonistic to him for months). and i'm just supposed to say omg yay now he doesn't have to let go of bella! everyone is happy! it's complete madness

I headcanon Bella as fat and Edward as a short king.

Bella is fat, because fat women deserve to have a vampire obsessed with them and caring for them and protecting them. He can pick her up and run with her on his back no matter her size, because he’s a vampire and could juggle semi trucks if he wanted to. Fat women deserve to be carried around and held too. Plus it just feels so natural for her character. It’s the vibe.

Edward is short because I said so.

Basically needed an online record of the Children of the Moon, aka the twilight werewolves that are closer tot he traditional sort of werewolf portrayed in media.

Inspired by @panlight​ ‘s answer to an ask HERE , here is a list of what the un-shown werewolves (non-Quileute) in Twilight are like:

they change by the full moon only and when they change they look half human, half wolf

they cannot control any of their urges when they are in their furry state—>they are “feral”

they are as strong and fast as vampires

they have more powerful forelegs than hind legs, making them more ape-like than canine

they are immune to vampire venom (both the pain-inducement and the transformative element)

they reproduce themselves through a bite, like vampires do–they can’t reproduce sexually, so they don’t pass down their state through sex

they travel either alone or with one other werewolf that is of a different sex than themselves

they have been hunted down to near extinction by the Volturi because of their strength

Why did SM make the Cullens so wasteful I mean, driving super fast sports cars, Alice throwing out entire wardrobes regularly, buying and making an entire restaurants worth of food for one human, getting new shit all the time, traveling via plane to other continents when they can run and swim faster than almost all living animals, wasting all that time playing the stock market when they’re already so rich they’ll be fine until the earth implodes, and devouring endless animals in very delicate ecosystems rather than like buying a cow every once in a while. Like they are the epitome of wasteful wealth hoarding BS and I hate it
