The Doctor stood at one end of a long hallway, peering out over the side, waiting for the daleks to roll by any moment. This was when he heard footsteps. He moved back against the corner and watched the shadow come closer. This was when he saw the impossible. Did his first incarnation just pass by? It couldn’t be. Could it?

Curiosity grabbing him, he pushed away from the corner and ran to the end of the hallway. He skidded out into the open to see the figure walking ahead of him. He took a brief pause thinking what to do when he suddenly shouted “Doctor!” he froze having realized his mistake.

   ‘Let’s just take a look around,’ he said. ‘It will be a wonderful adventure!’ he said. If it was possible to mentally kick oneself, the Doctor was certainly doing that now. Of all the places for the TARDIS to land, his machine had to land him on some dalek-controlled space centre. Wonderful. Simply wonderful. Not to mention he’d lost sight of Vicki and Steven, and even the TARDIS seemed to have vanished into thin air. Now he was sneaking about, trying to avoid being seen or heard by those blasted pepper pots.

 Now what else could possibly go wrong?  

  “Hmm!? What? Who’s there!?” The Doctor whirled around, only to see. Himself.

“I apologize, that was likely the wrong thing to say” He started, approaching his past self. He clapsed his hands behind his back. “Not sure if this is the best place to stop and chat though, I suggest we start moving Doctor, the sooner we find my friends the sooner we get out of here” He explained, hands not on the first Doctor’s arms slowly pulling him to the side trying to get him to continue walking.

“We can walk while we converse, I say that because I just need to know, how exactly did you get here?” He asked, he needed to know how he managed to land in his own timeline, it was extremely odd for this to happen without major explosions. Often the size of Belgium.

Bad News

Sorry everyone I’ve been so inactive but the bad news is, My hard drive crashed and I’ve lost all 150+ Icons that I had saved of my muse. All edits and fan art have gone with everything else I’d saved. 

Because of this until I get my motivation back to save/make/find all of my icons again I am going on a hiatus and all threads will be dropped. I didn’t want to drop them but because of both the complications and the fact that they are all lost in my notes I cannot continue them.

She could hear the Dalek’s. in the distance.  She wondered how far they would get. They had already murdered people  here and now they knew it was the Daleks. Creatures that really couldn’t be reasoned with.

He stopped at the door, “well they had worked out that I was lying, you didn’t exactly stick to the  plan” he enforced, waiting for the door to open he took out his screwdriver and began to work.

    Jamie could only nod, still grasping and holding the Doctor’s hand in hers. The redhead gulped, looking  toward the large bridge that lead into the massive  glass bubble. Her eyes wide at the sight before her, turning to the Doctor, “This is – fantastic.” she  uttered quietly ( and in awe ).

“Don’t read a book by the cover Jamie, It could be better or It could be worse when you read it” he finished before a door slid open. Three time lords in royal like clothing strode out towards them, the middle one being a time lady. The Doctor nodded, “Chancellor Flavia, still standing tall over Gallifrey I see”

“Now is not the time doctor, you will be escorted inside with your friend, a more serious matter is at hand”

Abby ran up to him as soon as the coast was clear, brushing debris off of him and checking him over for injuries.

“What was that? Are you okay?” she asked, looking slightly panicked. “That wasn’t supposed to happen, was it?”

“No... I shouldn’t have trusted that device” He started, looking over t the now melted black machine. “I stole it from the m-” He paused and looked up at Abby, “From an old friend of mine” He rounded off, standing up and looking around the doctor looked down in shame. “I have to go, I’ve done what I intended to do, free this land of daleks” He finished before heading off towards a hill.

“The Doctor!” Benny practically squeaked, as she  slowly backing towards the door. She was close to the door, she could make a run for it  if she was quick.  Benny wasn’t a coward though, even if she was scared.  But if she did run what would happen. If the Doctor died here then she wouldnt  have met him in the future . Granted a lot of other nonsense wouldnt of happened either.

 Benny snickered to herself at the Dalek’s comment. Oh the Daleks could do maths.

“Yes I er- I did mean two people but they er-” He glanced around him “They seem to be gone” The dalek moved towards him to scan him but the Doctor’s expression dropped, he looked past all of the daleks at an empty hallway. “Yes do it now!” He shouted, all the daleks head’s swiveled around and the Doctor shot off down one hallway, grabbing Benny by the hand as he did so and running from all the daleks.

Abby stayed back, watching them tensely and keeping out of sight. This would be the perfect place to launch a sneak attack from. If only she had those limb enhancers with…

She crossed her fingers and almost didn’t breathe, or at least that’s how it seemed to someone watching her. Not a sound came from her, and unless someone was really looking, no one would know she was even there.

The Doctor smiled at them all. “You forget who it is you’re playing with daleks” He smiled and waved the sonic in the air, activating the device with just one touch.

The daleks began to shake, blue lights illuminating their shells when suddenly they began to do something else. They didn’t teleport. Instead. They exploded.

The Doctor ducked and clung to the floor avoiding burns and shrapnel as bits of rubber and metal dropped around him, black debris scattered on his back.

    Jamie only nodded and looked around in awe. So this was where the Doctor was born - er - from. It looked like something similar to a massive church to her. Her head tilted her head to him and held his hand tighter. “Okay Doctor.” it was at that moment her hat lifted and blew  off her head. “ – my hat!” she called, jerking to go after it - but remembered what the Doctor had just told her  and didn’t leave his side. A frown of disappointment  over her hat came across her face and she sighed.

“I’ll treat you to a browse around the Tardis wardrobe if and when we get back” He offered, continuing on towards the citadel. He hadn’t even told Jamie the Tardis had a wardrobe until now. As far as he was concerned all the clothes in there were his to use, however being in his fifth body and still being a male, he thought it safe to sacrifice some of the female clothing to Jamie. The approached a large bridge that lead into the glass bubble.
