I remember when I first realised in genshin you can make a character full by feeding them, and it was quite the thing when there were no healers before Barbara
Like... Imagine genshin irl, when your companion's health is low, you need to shove food down their throat no matter how full they are
But they keep loosing health, the boss is too strong, and their stomach is getting filled. It's really difficult to fight with a heavy belly... They gulp another bowl of soup, burping wetly, moaning from fullness and cursing the unability to dodge, while the main hero fights, covering their back.
And it happens fight after fight, and their stomach stretches, and their appetite grows bigger each time.
Anyway...
Here is Dottore, who adores sweets (that's my little headcanon that he loves baklava, which is a really heavy dessert to indulge at), and here is Lumine, who is a great cook and a great feeder...
And Dottore has quite a big appetite, he is a bit picky and cocky, but if he likes the dish, he will polish it sparkling. After figuring out his preferences, Lumine starts cooking way too much food - you see, Dottore wants food fresh and tasty, and Lumine has to stop anytime he says he's hungry to cook something (spoiler: she likes it).
He gains a bit of weight, his capacity is increasing, even Paimon is fascinated by it... then they meet a really powerful boss, and that situation with food healing happens...
He has to stifle a burp while casting a spell, small hiccups make his throat shake, cramps in his poor stretched tummy make him wince and moan. He isn't able to dodge properly so he is getting hurt again and again, and Lumine does her best to cover him while he's eating and drinking more, making himself gulp food down.
After the fight he stumbles on the ground, wishing he could just sleep all this churning mass of food in his gut off. His belly rumbles unhappily, stuffed to the brim, tight and hot to the touch, hard and gurgling. He hisses through his teeth as he slowly caress his stomach with his hands.
There is no medicine except, oh Archons, more food. He is stuck in this position for several hours, and as much as he adored the warm feeling of fullness in his gut, that is clearly too much.
Maybe it still can be pleasant... Especially when Lumine offers a bit of massage.
