I'm a writer! I currently write a lot of fanfiction and have an on-going series on Ao3. I am not currently posting due to life struggles that should be resolving soon.
I sometimes do art. It's not my main passion but I dabble in it from time to time. I have almost exclusively drawn my favorite/main yumeship and my persona for that media.

I burnt my toast again

A) I have done something that makes me unable to make toast anymore

Disclaimer: I'm a newer Hazbin Hotel fan (less than a year when starting this essay) and these are simply my opinions from watching the show and what little of fandom I've interacted with.
This is specifically a part about Valentino's connections with other overlords outside the Vees and is the beginning of the essay.
Small content warning (because it's Valentino and the Vees there's gonna be content warning), this part of the essay is tame save for a mention and partial quotes from the show of a text from Val to Angel detailing a film idea he had. I left out the Valentino flare of the texts.
We know little about what other Overlords think of Valentino (outside the Vees). The only mentions being Carmine asking Velvet if her "associates would be joining us" in a some-what strained tone, and a text from Valentino to Angel Dust in "It's A Deal" mentioning borrowing Zeezi's crew. What type of associates those are (who Zeezi would be willing or able to give Valentino, close associates or just souls they own) are unknown, nor is any interaction shown between them. However in "Curtain Call" Zeezi is sat near to Valentino and Velvet, which could be taken as further evidence that they share some sort of close relationship.
Will not be showing the screencap of the text (We don't need that mountain of text), but important quotes are; "Get this- we grab some of Zeezi's crew. Then we rent an island." ... "The group dig up stuff and don't have sex. Then a dinosaur sinner comes (okay he didn't write it with that spellling sue me) out and starts fucking them and all..."
(Love the implication that Zeezi has the monopoly on all the dinosaur sinners in the Pride Ring.)
This is a text shown in "It's A Deal" while Angel Dust and Cherry are on the couch together. I'm 90% sure it's before Alastor and Lucifer fight and Al quits, don't quote me on that it's been a while.
Above image description: Valentino and Velvet sitting with Zeezi during "Curtain Call" and Vox is there being a menace, which Val and Zeezi do not like, and Velvet is on her phone ignoring things. Zeezi is at the end of the table, and there's a chair separating her and Velvet, Val is on the far left of the image turned away from Vox talking with Zeezi.
It's worth noting that with Zeezi and Valentino's joint appearance on screen they both are upset with Vox over his behavior. Valentino being ignored and Zeezi not liking the joke that Vox tells, "Crushed any major cities lately?" Vox claiming after "Come on it's funny." Though this doesn't point directly to anything about their relationship it does come as a fun little detail. (I'll go more in depth on relationships later).
Back on topic, besides from Zeezi we have no evidence that Valentino interacts heavily with the other Overlords (Alastor an exception that shall be mentioned in later). Given his fiery temper, the nature of his business and how he runs it, Its highly doubtful someone as control orientated as Vox would let him go to Overlord meetings alone, depending on how he values their importance. Not to mention, given Valentino's own self-absorbed tendencies, he could not value any of the other Overlords besides what he could get.

So, I can put whatever I want here. Which means you're going to get the most unfiltered yap about whatever comes to my mind.
Basically, I write/think random stuff and I want to share it, but I don't know who to share it with.
So now I can just put it out on the internet. It's a great idea.
Like. I've been working on my analysis of Valentino from Hazbin Hotel for a while now. It's been festering on me. I can just maybe find people who would care about it here.
I don't know when it'll be done, but it's making good progress so far.
But it's long and involves a lot of pictures so it might need to be like, three separate posts or something. I use too many screencaps as 'evidence' towards what I'm saying.
I'll figure it out.
