💎 Icy Pisces Workout Routine 💎
First I stretch to loosen up tense muscles
Then I start the routine by doing squats with two 10 lbs dumbbells. If you are trying to build hips and booty this is the perfect workout and I’m pleased with my results after doing these 5 days a week for a month. I do 60 of these btw (also great for the arms)
Next I do chest workouts with the dumbbells (we gotta keep the girls up and firm✨ I do reverse fly’s which is kinda hard to explain so if you don’t know what they are here’s a demo photo. I do 60 of these as well
Lastly I do 200 sit-ups to tone abs and obliques. And side bends with the dumbbells (50 on each side) I know this routine is really short but this is beginner friendly and how I stay in shape. It’s also accompanied by eating well.
Been to the gym three days in a row. You probably noticed.

Fitness Diary:
Day 209
Soooo... I’m back on here. I fell off from the documentation of this process. The past 2 1/2 months have been up and down. I was still working out and doing my yoga but then I moved positions at work. So I was off my feet and I wasn’t throwing the boxes around as much. And my diet... trash to say the least. I got a lil lazy and wasn’t moving as much, big mistake. But now my positions has moved back into the trucks (Thank God 🙏🏾). Yesterday was the first day back loading and now I’m sore!! And I LOVE IT!!!💪🏾💪🏾 My feet hurt and then I remembered I really need some new shoes for this job. Still doing yoga and actually got some new little yoga/stretch straps. Buying an at home workout bar bc me and my roommate are looking to get back in shape. I especially want to get more toned by Spring/Summer. And my year is coming up. I intend to keep up with or at least check in here. So that I can really look back on the process that I’ve gone through. We fell a little short this past month and a half with my diet and exercise but I’m gonna keep going! Getting my yoga instructor certification pretty soon too! Gonna be posting those sweat check in videos here as well!

Fitness Diary:
Day 124
Left work a little early. Had a live modeling gig that I got to do today and it was so much fun! I miss modeling and the creative spaces so much. However I have definitely been making plans to get back into it. Still working on putting together my first yoga flow. Gonna take the next week to work on it and then see how people like it/respond to it with their bodies. Today had some roughy point but overall it was a good day!
