i didnt really care for the new ep fsgjfkkgbdkdhgffj it felt kind of repetitive to me like in terms of we’ve already seen this sort of situation with rick finding a place that resembles escapism, becoming obsessed with it and ultimately ruining it 100 times before. ialso just dont like plots where the whole thing is that it’s something fake/futile that technically never happened

I get some complains of Evil morty's behaivor this episode (like, i'm not gonna pretend he is perfect in that ep) but some of it that I see are calling OOC cuz he's not being 100% nonchanlant and I just ???

rambling below + my thoughts

maybe cuz i never viewed him as nonchanlant? 😭 he always feel like an angry lonely child who forced himself to be mature cuz if he didn't he know no one gonna save him. and I think it make sense he acted so avoidance. why need anyone if they are all unreliable? but after being freed. When he's finally safe and no facade needed to be made. I think it where he's back to being a child. and like... as much as he hate to admit it. he need connection. like you could say it hypocrisy of him but I think that's the point. at the end of the day, he's a morty. a 14-years-old.

buttttt he absolutely suck at making connection lollllll which make total sense. if all your previous interactions are getting told off and berated and only get heard or respected when you is in control.

there's this scene i find interesting. before he realized his lair has been wrecked and even though moment ago he was being full smug, mocking morty and rick. when he's alone, he look bored and frustated.

BUT with all that being said. one thing i'll absolutely agree with is, the ending with him in time jail and later on if his arc is to be 'the big big mega villian of RnM verse', suck broh lol

Evil Morty being a dick to morty is definitely because morty rejected him. Both times Eve offered, morty said no and now eve is being a prissy little bitch.

Eve is so painfully lonely, which makes SO much sense. Its the same feeling Rick had once he killed Prime. What do you do when you've accomplished everything you wanted?

I do find it quite fascinating that they DID take the route of Rick and Eve getting along. I really hope we get to see more of them.

Theres definitely a chance Eve was making Rick take him on adventures because he misses that feeling. But thats a whole other can of worms.

I hope we see more of eve too what:( guys I got so sad when the whole family started beating him up. And now he has to sit in prison and be even more lonely. He deserves it but oh my god thats my son
