“There’s no need,” he answered steadily, giving the reigning chief a long, if shallow bow of his head. “I came for the Glacial Spirits Festival; it’s quite an experience.”
“I see.” She replied back, bowing her head in respect to the other as well “Have you ever been to this festival?” She asked with a slight tilt of her head “Would you like me to accompany you?”
“Oh? That is rather unusual.” Malina quickly put down her book to give her daughter her full attention. Prune juice wasn’t the tastiest beverage, but it had certainly never set off Malina’s stomach. “May I ask how much of it you drank?”
Eska was quiet for a moment, she didn’t want to admit to her mother that she had recent developed a liking to the drink “I had consumed about 2 glasses.” She replied back, nearly mumbling out the answer.
“Should I go to a healer?”

It’s rare for the Bison to trust easily, maybe it was just him but he just feels very comfortable with this human. Perhaps it was because of a waterbender friend he had.He looks at the direction she pointed at and makes a low groan, he could still possibly walk. It wasn’t that far. He makes another noise and begins to step forward. he could still walk.
Eska reached out carefully to the Bison. She stroked his soft white fur; glancing from time from time to time if the other would approve of her touches.
“Where is your partner?” She asked carefully, bending some of the snow that blocked their path. A snow storm was nearing, she had felt its presence long before she had seen the lost Bison. And lucky the Bison is, for it would have been a terrible experience of the cold for him.
“I do hope you didn’t just run away here to the North?” she said with an arched brow.

Legion didn’t like this. He was having to babysit a mans daughter while going out on a mission for the chief. He knew the man had power but something was making him wonder if all that had made him crazy. A woman on a mission like this? Who would have heard of such a crazy thing. He hoped whoever she was, she wouldn’t get him killed.
He glanced over, seeing the chief and someone behind him. This was their meeting spot, just outside of town. He stood up, his mask over his face as he soaked forward before pointing to whoever was behind him. “That her?” He asked

Usually, when it came to missions this important the only people ever needed were Eska and her brother Desna. Their father had never needed anyone else to do their jobs because they were his power duo, his secret weapon. Eska and Desna together were indestructable.
Yet, it seems as though their father had now waved it off as some exaggeration as Desna had gotten himself injured because of a previous job. Eska had come to her brother’s aid telling everyone that it was their father’s stupid henchmen’s fault for being late and not picking them up as planned in the exact time. Now, she had to do a job with some squad of her father --- pathetic.
“I do hope you’re fully skilled as I hate incompetent idiots.” She lashed out almost immedietly, one hand resting upon her waist. She stared at the men one by one before sighing in dismay “Just try to keep up, alright?”
Their task was rather simple, her father had given her a briefcase loaded with money and a truck full of weapons just outside their meeting house. The missions was to make a good deal with their client and if all else fails, kill everyone in sight.
“Are you boys ready? I also hate waiting you know?” She said whilst slinging her black duffel bag at her shoulders.
With a playful grin upon his face, Chopper walked toward the girl, hoping that she wasn't too busy to spend some time with him. He had been alone for some time, but for whatever reason, seeing her face alone made him feel as though his boredom could be easily relieved. "Hey!" He shouted out as he gently placed his hoof upon her knee, hoping to get her attention.
Eska hadn’t expected anyone to come to her, she was minding her own business when all of a sudden, she had felt someone touch her knee. She gave an inquisitive look whilst arching up her brow at the other.
“Hello there.” She replied back in her usual monotonous voice “How may I be of assistance to you?” She asked as she tilted her head a tad.
“She did not threaten war against all the nations,” he said, rolling his eyes. “Her goal was to unite the Earth Empire. All she wanted to do was help people. And I was her fiance, not her henchman.”
“I’m pretty sure she said something about crushing anyone who gets in her way. That’s basically another way of saying she’s going to war with any nation that even tries to concile with her.” Eska replied back non-chalantly, shoulders shrugging.
“Oh, her fiance?” She said in curiosity, one brow arching up “henchman and fiace are pretty much the same.”

“I can assure you, no healer will know what to do about a Waterbender breathing fire when he sneezes,” Desna said as his servant, Nilak, brought him some tea. As he sipped it, his violet eyes scanned the room. Only a few weeks ago, this room held the injured that didn’t fit in the healing huts. Desna could only hope that they were all okay.
Eska would have grumbled.... Actually, she did and only Desna would notice that small gesture of hers. She would have to admit that yes, no healer might ever know the cure to a waterbender sneezing out fire. She has to be more logical and precise about this.
“So what are your plans now brother? Do we leave immediately? I do not think we can leave the tribe at such an early time of our ruling.”
Jinora smiled and bowed at the chief. “It’s always a pleasure to be teaching people to connect with their spiritual forms.”
The young air bending master clasped her hands. “So, shall we begin?”
Eska bowed in respect; a small and not very evident smile placed upon her lips “I will do my best to learn from you.” She replied back.
The chief arched up an inquisitive brow, copying the younger’s action in clasping her hands together “To where do we start?”

It wasn’t unsual for Eska to be in one of the many night clubs in Republic city. She could go anywhere at anytime as she pleases; one of the many perks of being her. Her father, the ignorant and busy business man that he is wouldn’t give a speck of his time to worry about her whereabouts; muchless to her interests.
The night was still young, watch indicating that a minute had only passed since 10 o’clock. She lay hidden by the side of the club’s bar, sipping on a martini she had ordered. The raven hadn’t worn anything too flashy nor too casual. A midnight blue dress that went down almost to her knees, accompanied by black heels.
‘So unappealing.’ she mused to herself, eyes wandering about to gaze at the people around her. She had grown weary of their hustling and bustling, bodies that grind against one another in the dance floor as well as laughters that roar from one table to another.
She sighed in dismay ‘looks like tonight’s a--’
And before she could even finish her train of thought; sapphire hues gaze landed upon him. He was intriguing -- a simple glance upon his features and Eska was struck. She didn’t even know why or how he had done it yet, Eska was already up from her seat. A smirk etched upon her lips as she walked to the white-haired boy’s place, a haughty yet playful aura evident in her as she made her way.
“I don’t think we’ve met yet.”

Something was certainly not right. The air in the stands and around the stage was thick at Prince Wu’s coronation. It didn’t help that Xiang Mi was sat in the very back of the stands, in the middle of a clump of other airbenders who attended the ceremony, making everything warmer than necessary. They were there to make sure everything went smoothly, or so they were told. More so, they were there to help set up and wrangle the reporters so that they didn’t interfere. Everything went smoothly, up to a point.
When Kuvira, the Earth Kingdom’s proclaimed “Great Uniter,” stood to speak, things got out of hand. Her supporters and the press went wild. The airbenders went on the defensive, preparing for the worst. Should the matter grow any worse they were to help out the nations’ leaders that were in attendance, first and foremost, seeing as it was the civilians causing the commotion.
Even as Eska had already anticipated how threatening and dominating this Kuvira person may have been; her first impression being misunderstood as Bolin’s new girlfriend. The chief had already sensed this gut feeling of hers that this person was someone whom was more than, meets the eye.
‘It takes one to know one’ as Eska had felt something in her aura before, just by being in the same room with the other.
But all assumptions she had put aside, there was nothing dangerous about Kuvira. It was only her woman’s intuition that was boggling with her mind. And even if Desna had sensed her queassiness earlier about the Earth uniter, he made no move of mentioning it.
Yet, how frightening it was to be right for once. After Kuvira’s little speech about over-throwing Prince Wu she had known that this person was a menace. As soon as Kuvira had left, a swarm of reporters came to the world leader’s. If she was her old self, Eska would’ve gladly frozen the block of journalists into ice sculptures. But, she was a leader now and she had an image to maintain as well as being merciful of people was something she was in the middle of learning.
“Desna--” she called out to her twin yet, the reporters had already separated them long. She couldn’t even decipher to where her other half had gone. A tightening feeling clenched onto Eska’s chest, she found it hard to breath in this vacinity full of people “Please move out of the way.” She said as sternly and strongly as she can against the wave of people around her.

With all due respect, I intend no harm. I’m simply traveling the Earth.”
“To whom do you work for as you cannot give a certain information to the Chief of the land you stand upon?” Eska retorted back, her eyes narrowing whilst arms crossed against her chest.
“I shall be the judge of whether or not you are a threat. You come here unannounced with your get-up and queer ways. You give yourself an aura of threat onto the people here.”
The healer nearly jumped out of her skin hearing the voice of Eska in front of her, She never heard her approaching. “G-good evening Chief Eska, I just came from the medical center,” Okami bowed respectfully.
“The medical center.” She replied back “You are a healer and I must ask you right now to come with me.” Eska said, or more like demanded as a matter of fact “And it is with the outmost great importance you must not tell anyone.” She said sternly, eyes narrowing at the other.

"You control water, huh?“ Terra asks the other girl, watching her control the water, doing some pretty cool tricks with it that Terra can’t even do with earth. "That’s pretty awesome. I can control earth, myself.”
“That’s very perceptive of you.” Eska replied back non chalantly. She had been forming little pieces of art with water then, crystalizing them as ice before going back to square one. Her eyes averted to the other as so did her attention “Interesting. Would you care to give me some demonstrations of your power?”
