Something I do not see talk about enough with T is that when you go on it, sometimes you get foot pain, like horribly bad foot pain, this is something I went through pretty early into starting t (5 months in) and god I was unprepared for it, I was very confused until I talked to my grandmother who had gone through menopause about it.

This is because when you go through the menopause stage of T, foot pain is symptom of that, I literally I was never warned of it, nobody I saw talking about T talked about this, so I wanna be honest with any transmasc going on T, the foot pain is real, it's a normal thing, and it will go away after about a month, depending on your dose.

I could tell it was not muscle cramps, like I said in my post it's a symptom of menopause (which is what I was going through at the time because of being on T, other symptoms i was going through matched up, sorry if that wasn't clear) and it is a normal part of that experience, which is why I tried to be clear with the sometimes can get it, since my grandmother also went through a period of foot pain through her menopause.

But you are right in saying that additional magnesium and potassium in the diet helps, but I do think that menopause symptoms during T need to be talked about more since that is functionally happening in the body if you've already had an estrogen based puberty while starting T, and foot pain is one of those symptoms that sometimes happens I'd put it in the same bases of dryness because of T, something that sometimes happens but not to everyone
