Hey there, I recently got into Asperite and wanted your opinion; whats a good canvas size for a headshot like what ya did there with your spreadsheet? I'm new to this whole Pixelart thing so I could use as much help as I can get.

Hey hey, I usually go by a 50x50 px canvas as that's the size most pfp I use have. Aseprite lets you scale it up later with no loss of quality so thats not a problem either.

From what I know, most people use a 16x16px, 32x32px or a 64x64px canvas for pixel art. The consoles it was used for made it pretty limited at the time so honestly, you can do whatever you want now, it just depends on how much detail or what type of style you want. Goodluck with Aseprite!

I got myself Aseprite and figured out how to make a sprite sheet! Super cool, gotta use it more~

Also went back to my roots and drew Danny after binging loads of DP/Batman fanfics which had me feeling nostalgic!
