I'm politely asking for some fun, or not so fun, facts about Ner!
Hihi kris omg thank u sm for asking:)) i have a few fun facts I wanted to doodle, so that's why it took me a while to post this. But here!
1. Ner can sew and refurbish old clothing! Being out on the road and being diminished who lives on a not very heavy coin purse, he uses that skill to prolong his...ever fraying clothing. His Father taught him the skill! Rip 💔
(This was pre face scar ner at 16 years old)
2. Ner learned how to fight with swords (basic level) by watching other people and re-enacting those with Zori!
3. He's a skilled herbalist, under the tutelage of an old crone who knew her fair share of herbs, their medicinal properties...and their poisons!!!
(This is post scar ner at 19, 4 years after Jia passed)
Ner: "It can't compare to what a Healer or Doctor can do, but hopefully the relief and knowledge I leave is enough. If only I could Heal with..." But Ner shook his head, erasing the preposterous thoughts from his head. If the Autarch's dogs could hear him right now, his blood would prove to be nourishment for the ground he's standing on.
"Lady Jia was an outstanding Herbalist! Why she chose to remain hidden and unknown to the masses eludes me. And I never asked her."
"Now that I think of it, she *never* talked about her past." She was old, perhaps too old to be living alone. Where was her family?
Ner reminisced on the memory, confused, and felt the roots of grief dig further deep into his soul. "Again and again...why does this keep happening..."
Hadn't he lost over three pairs of family at this point? One had been of his blood, the next were the ones who took him in as a babe, his known family of thirteen springs, and an old crone whose past was unknown to him as his own.
He shook his head once more, he can't think like this now. He shouldn't. He needs to remain focused
