Outdoor Gym set | Fitness trail and exercise bike
Popping in for another long-due upload!
This is a mini set of outdoor gym equipment, including a fitness trail cloned from the obstacle course career reward, and an exercise bike. Both use the AL monkey bar textures, and I made 4 custom recolors.

I'm still trying to keep up with the community and lurking around here but it's been more difficult to play and make progress on my projects lately, juggling between work, my computer showing signs of age, and personal life in general being pretty rough lately... I'm planning to switch to Linux on my laptop in hopes of (among other reasons) prolonging its life by a few more years but I'm stuck on installation problems. And in the longer run I need to prepare to buy a new computer anyway, pretty daunting task tbh.
Anyway, I have other stuff in the works that I hope to share before the end of the year at least!
Outfits (mostly swimwear) for AM-EM Trans Momma Lisa. The meshes have fat and preg morphs, with blockfeet and sexyfeet versions when applicable (don't forget to choose one mesh per outfit). The recolors are BSOK'd. Full details under the cut.
Note: all of these outfits will look best on sims who have skins made for trans sims (like the set from this post or any of the billion others I have in this section).

I asked my brother if this outfit looked like shorts over a giant full-body thong and he was like 🤷♂️ kinda but people do wear stuff like that. He's usually much more critical so who knows, your sims might love it.

RentedSpace 3t2 Romantic Flower Undies

Categorized as underwear and not particularly summery but I guess summer is a perfectly fine season to be wearing underwear. Same full-body nude mesh as here. I actually made some small improvements so you'll want to delete the old one if you have it (I updated the download on that post today as well). Polycount: blockfeet: 1,948 // sexyfeet: 6,530.
The static is achieved via animated textures, here's a video preview. The outfit, head and eyes are not affected by lighting, to keep the static effect as flat as possible. I had to duplicate the face mesh and make it part of the hair because I just couldn't get animated makeup to work.
I don't recommend making them an actual ghost because when that happens, the real face (which is normally invisible) shows up and it doesn't look right.
If your eyes are easily strained by static I don't recommend installing this sim. I lowered the contrast and made the animation not too fast for my own sake but it might not be comfortable enough for you.

Here's an edit of simsistic's stone dining set from MTS. I've been gathering cc to start the Test of Time challenge after I finally finish Who's Your Daddy? I like this mesh set but the textures were stretched out _
So, I fired up my UV Mapper and gave it a new template. Made some multi's and got to work.
Looking a bit better and I fixed the shadows some, too.
I made lots of recolors for us. I included the recolor resources so you could make ones that match your game, too, if you'd like. It's all compressed. The recolors are shown in numerical order on the swatch.
SCTC Universal Public Phone in 39 of @luasims Colors
I've been wanting to recolor this phone for years and finally managed to do it! I skipped Wedding because Michelle's already made 3 white versions. The phone and little sign on top are separate subsets. The phone will still look blue in Hood View but @dramallamadingdang has a default to make it invisible when you're not on the lot
I've been hesitant about sharing this as it's a bit fiddly to use. But this default has made my co-existence with community phones a lot more painless, so maybe it'll help some fellow simmer who doesn't mind using cheats.
This default removes the cover and the stand of the community phone completely, leaving only the phone box (previewed on the middle). Handy for placing it against a wall.
The fiddly part is:
You'll need cheats to use this default efficiently. It's easiest to place the phone against a wall with moveobjects + quarter tile placement on. The box will sink into the wall a bit, but won't show from the other side and is still fully usable.
And you can only move the phone from its handle. It's annoying but afaik can't be fixed as editing the bounding mesh of this thing crashes the game.
Since not all community lots have walls to attach the phone to, I made a custom version of CrabOfDoom's community phone booth (previewed on the right) that can be used together with this default. It's repositioned to the in-game community phone booth and will pull any recolors you have for it. For the variety, I also added a recolor that has the stand only (previewed on the left).
More fiddliness: you'll first need to place the booth and only after that move the phone at its place.
Download (SFS) (alternate) - files are compressed. The booth is located under Electronic / Misc for free.
I recommend using this default together with this edit by @dramallamadingdang which removes the phone booth from the neighborhood view. The texture default shown in the preview is this pretty one by @shastakiss.
Credit to @hugelunatic whose community phone default was the inspiration and base for this one!
Update (30.6.2026): The bounding mesh now properly covers the whole phone so you can grab it and click it from anywhere, not just from the handle.
Not a fix but an improvement. I figured out a way to expand the bounding mesh without crashing the game, so this default is now 90% more grabbable and clickable. I recommend redownloading for better life quality.
I needed some kind of ceiling lights that would match my panel ceiling and reminded myself of this lamp from Kitchen & Bath SP that I've never used. I gave it a little makeover.

Polycount is unchanged. Add-on ceiling lamp requires K&B SP /unlike original, it has two subsets - glowing bit is recolourable/.
And remember that you can change the light settings - if you want warm add-on to be brighter, try lightingceilingluxurybow_light (from Glamour SP).
@mustluvcatz-reloaded Jonesi Industrial Curtains with Rods Repo'd to BB's Niche
Catz made these lovely curtains then repoed them to the jonesi blanket here but the rods still needed custom colors. I used the Repository Wizard to repo all the rods to BB's Niche, preview shows them with some wood recolors I posted this week
A dinging chair and two styles of loveseats for your fancy Sims. The cushions are repo'd to the Jonesi blanket and the wood is repo'd to the OFB Decra-Chill. These are clones with new guids and wont conflict with the originals
Hi all! Here is a copy of my Rubik's Cube house. I remade it with as little CC as possible! It is a residential lot, and it's empty so it can be turned into whatever you like!

A few items from Around the Sims 2's 'The Cat Café' set with edits and recolours!
The scratching rug and coffee table have been remapped and given second subsets - the original reason I made this was because I was frustrated that the table was always a little bit broken (and that there wasn't any recolour options), so I've fixed it in the process! The table is now repo to the BG club countertop, with the tabletop pulling from the wood and the legs pulling from the top, giving it what I thought was a cool look that fit well with the set as a whole. The plants in the centre have got an edited texture image which is much smaller than the original, and moved to a non-recolourable subset. (I did try to also repo it but in the end there wasn't really a suitable mesh to reference :/). The rug now is repo'd to Jonesi's bed blanket (included), with the wooden crate also repo'd to the club counter to match the table. It's a functional cat scratching post found in general/pets!
