Used my new yoga block that I received for Christmas (thank you @francoispaquincollins 😁👍🏻) for the first time tonight and I’m so happy that I have it now. I’ve really been pushing my practice, trying new postures and changing up my routine lately and I think I am starting to reap the benefits. I’m much more flexible than I was a few months ago and my back hasn’t felt this good in a very long time. I received complimentary samples of this product for testing purposes and it smells delicious. With notes of vanilla and raspberry it’s just sweet enough and not at all overpowering (you won’t smell like you’re wearing your 7 year old cousins perfume). I definitely recommend giving it a try. 💕👍🏻

Well folks, here we are: another project completed; the brick wall is painted! This old house is coming along nicely! 😃We are so happy with the results of the painted #diningroom #brickwall. We hesitated for a long time but eventually decided that it would really brighten up the space...and it does! Also, although every room has clear separation now (which was the intention) there is a much nicer continuity/flow with the white wall, whereas, the original brick made it look a little too choppy. Next up: #nursery and #lightfixtures. Any ideas? Gold/brass/silver/ black? (Please note that if we went with gold or brass we would change out the top cupboards and all of the kitchen hardware).
