Just casually dropped one of my planned bombs in my fic 'Arrival of a Sweet Breeze'. And the fact its already at 12 thousand words when its only just about 4 chapters into the story.

One of my plans for this fic is to tap into the emotional aspects of the characters, so expect them to be a bit occ. Even though they're fictional, they are still human. And I'll treat them as much as I can.

I also want to give the twins some light on their intelligence. Even though they're all about pranks, I know they have their smart moments. So I want to explore that instead of making them and snotty just comedic reliefs.

I'll also explore the rider's dynamics in the fic. They're my beloved found family tbh. I wanted to give them some fun moments in the story.

Also writing this fic while listening to Epic: The Musical is a whole new level. Anyways, I'll update the fic as soon as I can but with writers block being a total menace, it will take while.

Headcannon Time!

I want to share some of the headcannons that I have while I try to keep my head active to continue writing 'Arrival of a Sweet Breeze'

1. During the younger days of the riders, they usually get into trouble once or twice. And whenever they do, their parents calls them by their full name aka their government name. The tone will depend on how much trouble they are.

2. Additional to the first headcannon, I know for a fact that Astrid is the strict mom while Hiccup is the cool dad. But! hear me out, whenever their kids did something wrong or got themselves into mischief, Hiccup and Astrid WILL call them out by their full names.

3. As for the full names of Zephyr and Nuffink, I headcannon that their full names reflect some momentous occasion of the lives of their parents. So here are their full names that I made for them (its also inspired by how filo names are written in the past):

Zephyr Autumn Aurore Haddock

Nuffink Solest Finn Haddock

4. During some of the peaceful times the riders had at the Edge or on Berk, they spend their day by racing around the island and at night they gather around the campfire to talk about life and reminisce on some of their special memories.

And that is about it, comment if you guys want more. Now excuse me while I rewrite chapters 3 and 4.

I'mma just join the 'Early Zephyr Au/What if Hiccstrid had Zephyr during rtte?' bandwagon by introducing the fic that I've been working on for months.

The fic is called "Arrival of a Sweet Breeze" and it takes place during season 5 to 6 of rtte. I have written down 4 chapters currently, and have been rewriting said chapters for the past few weeks since some parts and characterizations are not fitting into the story. For the love of me, I can't make our beloved characters occ too much.

I have rewritten chapters 1 and 2, and when I have finally finished rewriting them, my brain just had to remind me of one small but important detail.

The dragons

My brain just had to go like "Oh Vyr, you forgot to include the dragons, better rewrite the chapters again".

If I'm able AND not laziness hitting me like a damn truck, I'll sit down and get writing again. The fic is around 9-10 thousand words now, I just hope I'll be able to write more.

I'm open to questions and suggestions from you guys since this is my first time writing a full on story and aiming to posting it.

Fanmade Collab

Since there has been no collab between CRK and HTTYD (yet), I decided to make my own art and concept for it. Cause c’mon its been 16 years and there has been no collab yet. I just want to see my beloved characters as cookies ya’ll. So here’s my concept for Hiccup Cookie:

Its funny how coincidences and timings can happen. So earlier today I was thinking about the fanfic called ‘Butterfly’ written by Captain_wolf31 on Ao3. That fanfic has phenomenal writing btw, and one of the things or details in the fanfic that caught my attention is a butterfly necklace.

While I was looking around the local shop here earlier, I was still thinking about it. I was thinking so much about it that it literally brought me to a accessories section that has butterfly themed jewelries, and one of them was a Butterfly Necklace. A butterfly necklace that almost perfectly replicates the one in the fanfic. Too bad that I wasn’t able to buy it since, I don’t have money yet (broke college student here). And another thing, they also have a stuffed toothless bag chain(?), but since it was expensive I wasn’t able to buy it also. Guess my day today was full of jackpots.
