Breakfast!! The caramel slenderplan from #superdrug are AMAZING. I know it's not clean/ideal but for now I'm just focusing on calories and keeping my intake low. Its on like Donkey Kong. Had a bad month really but I think I'm ready to get back on it. Been over a week since i last went to the gym and I've decided that for the next few weeks I'm gonna do meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch daily to try and keep my food calories down. Freshly washed and dried hair is perfect. So so soft. Occasionally I do have my hair down and done and not up in a sweaty bun before or after the gym 😂😂😂. If I wear superhero shirts I feel so much stronger HAHA! And for the first time I ran at 10.0kmh on the treadmill for a full minute. So so proud. The scale or my body might not have been moving because of the food issue but my fitness is obviously improving when my very first session I couldn't run at 7.0 because it hurt my ankles so much. I've been trying to take this daily for a week or so. I've mixed it with my protein shake, coffee, lattes, and squash and its just horrific and powdery and its honestly making me gag. I'm using half the recommended dosage to start off with but it's just not mixing. No one sees the struggle, the awful days at work when you just want to hide away and cry and get comfort from the only thing you know...food. In hindsight losing this weight the first time seemed so so easy and I've been really hard on myself that its not as easy this time. But this time I'm working full time and its the busiest period, and I'm in a pretty bad relapse of depression and anxiety. Last time I was unemployed with no life and coming off anti depressant medication. I'm trying, I'm not gonna be perfect but for now I'm really trying to just learn to love myself and keep at it with the gym.
