I like to think it's a well known fact among historians in bookverse that if you find an official document that's written in glittery ink with hearts dotting the i's, that's how you know it's one of Glinda's. She does also have a habit of using such elaborate cursive that it's practically illegible, though. (She did this on purpose to be a menace)
