Hi, I’m Ben! I’m a man of many hats.

Idk how about me posts generally work, so this is my best attempt.

I’m generfluid and bisexual, my pronouns are he/they primarily.

I’m not good words words, but I guess what I’m called is a Alterhuman / fiction kin? My sibling Zan says that’s around the right term. I kin Momo Ayase and Tim Drake ? I’m new to this, lol. Don’t know all the words.

Speaking of them, I primarily draw characters I like. Lots of Momo, Tim, and Tavros. Sometimes, I’ll draw other stuff I’m into, and a lot of times I’ll draw my OC Captain DuBioa! He’s a pirate in the DnD campaign I run. It’s fun. Might do a lore post on him.

I am something of a jack of all trades. I cosplay, build props, models, perform in puppet shows, sing, act, play DnD, animate, draw, hike, paint, and yap too much.

My home life is weird, if I make vague comments about weird mystery stuff or have dramatic flashbacks that’s why.

I have an unkillable Erdrich pug dog named Fang. He has diabetes, can’t be killed by mortal hands, has eaten chocolate, sour gummy worms, 8 packs of raisins, 2 plates of iced gingerbread cookies, a glow stick, a squirtle figurine, the floor boards in my kitchen, a magnet, and more, and also he’s very squishy n silly. Love him. He’s also blind?? But we think he’s faking it.

To conclude, I also have autism. I struggle with tone recognition, and oversharing. If you comment, I’m more than likely going to assume you want to hear me info dump. I’m working to get better at this but seriously I know my stuff and if you try and say on a “Tim Drake isn’t an orphan, your cosplay of the BTAS Robin is dumb” I’ll give you the entire lore drop of why they chose to merge his backstory with Jason Todd’s, agree that yes he’s usually not an orphan when he chooses to become Robin, but the series version of him is different to say, the young justice version of the character (the comics, not the show, seeing as how the show I believe is Grayson?) anyways, I’m bad about infodumping and I can’t tell when I’m being trolled. Whoopsies, my bad. I’m usually always genuine, but I think I’m decently obvious when I’m trying to be sarcastic.

Anyways that’s it. I’m sorry that was crazy long. And kinda weird. Anyone want to hear about my dog more?

Movie night,,,,

I had some free time to draw today, so I got a liiiiitle doodle in. Gonna make a silly girls-night doodle of Wondergirl, Arrowette, Secret and Empress,,, hehehe,,, anyways actuallly for those who care I’ll be starting the doll of Cassie to complete my collection next week since I’m low on that stuffing fluffy stuff that goes inside. What’s it called? Just stuffing?? Anywayssss,,,,, thoughts on the boys and their choice of mst3k? I’d like to believe the episode they’re on is Hobgoblins because I watched it with my friends awhile back and we all died laughing.

(That joke I’ve run dry I’ve made 3 Robin keychains now) He’s a liiiitle on the wonky side because I’m not good at sewing and kinda was making things up as I went, but he’s still super cute and I love my boys. My hyperfixation struck again and now I have dolls

I’m not really into dolls, I sorta collect plushies for like shows or video games, or like when build a bear did mothman and the Minotaur, but this is a new step. I straight up made dolls from felt and scrap fabric. They’re entirely sewn except for the shoes which are glued, and Bart’s mask. Kon’s jacket is removable and actually really stretchy! I really locked in on these. They took about 4 days total, and I just kinda made them randomly. They’re roughly 15 inches tall? And Bart’s really stretchy so I like to throw him when I’m bored. Huzzah!

Anyways it’s my first time making anything like this so sorry they’re a little wonky (but I’m not really sorry because I love them)

There’s nothing cooler and/or lamer than spending Fourth of July watching fireworks while dressing as Dave Strider and listening to the Ska version of Green Day’s American Idiot album (Skamerican idiot) in my lame suburban neighborhood where the fireworks can’t fully be seen part the trees, and the only people setting them off are irresponsible white men who think theres nothing more American than guns and taking away the rights of humans - stay safe to everyone who has to survive this (I’ve come inside now, but I can still see it all from the windows,,,,, and taken the strider glasses off because it’s dangerous indoors guys,,,)

First time customs LPS of Nightwing, Red Hood, and Red Robin!

Sorry they kinda have rough paint jobs, they’re my first attempt! I made the tim dog first, so his paint is probably the patchiest lol. I picked the dog for Tim because the ears reminded me of his middle part, I picked the one for Dick because he just hair that swag and aura, and I picked the scruffy one for Jason because Jason’s a scruffy guy (and because his tongue out like he’s playing dead. Impulse pin cushion because I’m mean <3

I make these silly plush keychains a lot, and I accidentally doubled the pattern size I used for Robin, and made him significantly too large! But I’m cheap and decided to just keep going in the larger size, and am just gonna use him as a pin cushion, which is better for me anyways since I don’t have one. Turns out keeping all my needles and pins in a plastic bag isn’t safe lmao, especially after my non-consensual acupuncture

Painted my new wallet with Tim, Kon, and Bart!

Sorry about the bad lighting, my room is poorly lit so the colors look weird, but it’s painted! Gonna take it outside tomorrow to seal with spray clear coat and it’ll be done! It turned out super silly and cute. Plus has lots of space for coins, whereas my old one was a cheap Zelda themed one I loved but it couldn’t hold more than 4 cards and maybe 4 bills lol

Summerween Party’s Over

I had such a good time. I miss my friends. I miss my boyfriend. The lights were so pretty, and the air was so warm. I miss the smell of the air. It’s so strange that it was all I thought about for months and now it’s just… gone. In one swift night, it disappears once more. Until next year. Until next Summerween. Until Halloween. Until I see my friends and I melt into their arms and feel good again, and then have to go back home and miss them all over again. God I love parties. Happy belated Summerween everyone <3
