You joke but I think this would've been the most stable configuration of the trio. Like, these guys are so self loathing if left to their own devises they need to be together to balance each other out.

Starting with Blackarachnia, her issues would be immensely helped by having someone come back for her. Her self loathing is very tied to her abandonment so just having another person to care about her and to care for would stop her thoughts of "I can only rely on myself" before they took root.

Arachnus in my au (Not that I have introduced him yet) was too trusting of the Autobots. Unlike Blackarachnia he didn't believe the Autobots would hurt him and so turned to them for help and was consequently captured and tortured- which now wouldn't occur because Blackarachnia knows better.

For Sentinel Prime (He needs a spider name so bad) he has a lot of the risk factors of Blackarachnia and Arachnus as he spirals a lot with power and really needs someone to keep him in check. Which the two of them can do in spades.

I'd imagine they are a trio of neutrals trying to undo this transformation to the best of their ability. Arachnus doesn't like that they trade and to odd jobs for the Decepticons but Blackarachnia is a lot more willing to go the "whatever it takes" route. Sentinel is the asshole glue to keep them together though because he's just a good damsel in distress and they're like "We cannot break up the team or Sentinel is going to go and die somewhere."

Every mech thought Prowl is this 'stick up his aft' and 'party pooper' and the additional a 'scary angry strict' commander while Jazz is the complete opposite, being openly friendly, bubbly and the fun or 'life of the party' commander, with the additional 'the shoulder to cry on'

Which they're halfly correct because those are public fronts

Prowl in private, is this confident sassy and sarcastic person who can actually take a joke and is really good in making jokes either bland or not. A huge gossip and usually with the femmes in his free time to hear the juciest stories. He also has bars to throw back at others that would shut their mouth and ego down in 0.5 microseconds stat. Has actually great control over anger but stupid idiots are a way to short fuse it. Anyways, looks like a manipulative angry asshole, is a nonchalant and unbothered queen

Jazz in the meanwhile is this pessimistic person that lounges around this room during his really really rare free times alone because of the heavy weight of the war and the burden of lightening up his friends. At the side, makes pessimistic suicidal jokes with a happy tone but at the same time he knows that he won't do it because he actually wants to live. Loves his personal space actually and gets really annoyed by people suddenly barging in his room and will kick you out. Looks like a sunshine, is a broody golden retriever
