Life is hard and I need help

I just got booted off my dad’s health insurance due to turning 26 last month, and I have crazy high medical bills and prescription costs. Work has cut my hours due to the pandemic and my second job is on hold because the cases in my state are so high they’re not able to open. My last paycheck went entirely to  rent and my car insurance so I’m thoroughly screwed for the next two weeks. 

I already made the decision to go off my Vyvanse and Rexulti because they’re simply too expensive, but I need to pick up a refill of my testosterone by the end of the week and I won’t be able to afford it, even with the GoodRx coupon.

I also have a medical bill from my last doctor appointment that needs to be paid by the 9th.  

Literally anything would help. I hate having to do this, it’s literally so embarrassing but I just don’t know what else to do.
