It's been a HOT MINUTE.
here's a quick recap of my life since i last posted an update (circa 2018, I think??!!):
I quit my job to go to school full-time, started weight lifting as my primary focus of exercise instead of high impact low payoff kickboxing at a gym that made me feel like crap about myself, started nursing school, gained 40 pounds while in nursing school due to stress and poor diet, graduated nursing school with honors, started my dream job in a specialty that makes me feel accomplished, worked night shift for 10 months, dropped 50 pounds and was sub 300 pounds for the first time in 5 years, switched to dayshift and got pregnant within two weeks of the switch, and now I'm 30 weeks pregnant still working at that job.
I still weight train, eat healthy, and in my pregnancy I've only gained about 8 pounds and have no complications other than being sore 90% of the time. My figure is much better than it was at a lower weight, and I'm Hella strong. Maybe one day I'll post videos and pictures again, but it's not today.
