Been doing Transform: 20 with Shaun T on B.O.D. with a good friend and I have absolutely been in-love with the program. We’re done tomorrow, and I’m excited to see my results when I take my after photos. Monday we’ll be beginning 4 weeks of The Prep and then moving on to 6 weeks of The Work. I’m STOKED. I’ll be using this meal plan for the first week, and hopefully I can find a few more pre-planned for me so I don’t have to think so hard.
So Far So Good
It’s been 6 days and I’m still very much on track. I’ve stuck to my meal-prep meals for breakfast, lunch, snacks and most dinners. Only twice have I eaten something I didn’t prepare last Friday but both meals were still good decisions.
I’ve kept sugar out of my coffee, and haven’t had a soda diet or otherwise since. I had my sugar headache on Saturday/Sunday and have been a little lethargic the last two days but today I’m feeling good.
The sun is out, I just finished my second work out since Monday and I’m enjoying my rice bowl outside.
My husband has been doing well also. He’s still drinking his diet Pepsi’s but we all have our vices. ☺️ Even my roommates have started to meal plan and eat better on their own. I’m seeing so many wonderful, motivational stories and I’m excited to see how far I’ve come a year from now. Hopefully I’ll be inspiring people like I have been inspired. 🤞🏻

It even goes beyond that, like if I ever eat a raw vegetable for my own health I always get shit like “yeah but the dressing is super bad for you so you canceled it out by eating ranch with it” or “carrots have tons of carbs they’re basically sugar”
And I’m just like for real? I can’t have a baby carrot with ranch? I can’t have some fucking grapes? If the only truly “”“pure”“” food I can eat is raw celery and a daily multivitamin I’d quite honestly and truly rather just be dead.
some Healthy Person: Sugar is bad for you
Me: Well that’s not totally true. Too much simple sugar, especially from otherwise nutritionally empty sources, is bad for you.
Healthy Person: Sugar is basically poison. The only reason fruits have sugar is because we GMOed sugar into them. If you avoid eating all sugar and also calories you can live forever.
Me *bleeding from the eyes*: Did you know that cellular respiration, the processs by which our cells generate energy and which allows us to live, is based around the breakdown of glucose? Did you know calories are literally a unit of energy content and we need them to be alive?
