cooking a romantic meal for rick on sunday 

steak with creamy mustard sauce along with corn on a cob, spinach & crunchy chips,

along with a chocolate dessert, i left it so last minute so haven't decided yet!

and get on with work and concentrate really

and lose weight as well gonna aim to get in a size 8 jeans

where they be baggy on me, done it before so can't see why i can't now!

done jogging everyday now and eating like 8 portions of vegetables a day

so need to keep on track :)!

feel so sorry for my best friend at the moment

her mother been totally strange alot strange than she ever been

like searching through her bags without permission,

listening to her phonecalls,

coming across cigerettes in her bags, then go on a massive rant about it & causing another argument,

controlling her but it’s just driving her apart, i really don’t understand what her achievement is other than driving her own daugther away,

she’s heading 21, her own daughter an adult now, she needs too do what she wants to do have her own independence.

i really wish i had a flat and be like best friend move in with me, get away from her!

but my mother offered her a spare room in the house if she ever needs to get away from it a few days!

Feel really happy today for once Got in touch with a few friend's I haven't spoken too in time, And got a few calls out the blue which I didn't expect which made me smile! Doesn't take much too make me smile!!
