all in all this model took me like. three days?? i’m really really proud of how she turned out!! this is by far the best model i’ve ever done and i hope it shows!

Last week, my friends and I were driving home after spending a few days at the beach and my partner's check engine light came on so we pulled over at a gas station. Now, we don't know a ton about cars so we were standing around the hood trying to find something obvious, but weren't having any luck.

We'd joked before pulling over that we could stand around looking confused and some dad would probably come to our rescue, and that's more or less what happened. Several people stopped to take a look and assist us, including an actual mechanic.

Thankfully, nothing was actually wrong with the car and we were able to get back on our way.

In all the horribleness that's been happening recently, I'm clinging to that memory like a raft.

We went through a difficult day, there was shelling near our displacement site in Deir al-Balah. The situation here is tragic, although we survived the shelling, we did not escape hunger and the bitter cold. Food prices are very expensive, the price of a kilo of flour ranges from 6 dollar All the necessities of life are very expensive.
