HAH this was never about snacks I fooled yo ass (silly) nah but fr, this was a personal exercise in: drawing them faster/simpler, brainstorming, and figuring out their energy sources. Personally it helped a lot.

I didn't feel like cleaning up this one because I can feel burnout approaching in the horizon, so that's why Sun's rays are straight. He kinda looks neat like that anyway so gg.

The timeline of this one is: finale arc. The Final Showdown. And that's why I'm giving None Context at all to what the fuck is going on :3c

Yes, Moon writes with typewriter font. He's silly like that.

The timeline of this one is: they're still enemies, but just for the fun of it; Sun has succesfully converted Moon into his friend. They sabotage each other's missions on purpose, sometimes even work together, all without anyone else knowing. It's not like either of their bosses tell them anything, y'know. An odd alliance formed between two beings, one on each side of this war, desperate to learn about what they were made for, what they're meant to become, and what they want to become.

"It's for your own good/sake/safety" is one of Sun's biggest trigger sentences. It's not like Moon knew, but Sun has proven he's capable enough times.

When you care for someone, you don't want them to be harmed, but Moon hasn't learned to ask for help yet.

Propi meeting my Steampunk Sun and Moon! They're both short. Smol. Sun is ready to climb that tree and Moon is ready to throw hands for no reason (it has a "cornered feral animal" complex, don't take it to heart, it'll always bite first)

Speaking of their heights, Sun keeps saying he's taller, and Moon says his rays don't count. But Sun counts them. Sun's heels are also bigger. They fight about this once a week.
