i think i've found rock bottom? i've been struggling for weeks. and i can tell no one knows to reach out. why would they? sometimes i understand why my dad ended the game early.

each thought frequently morphs and reforms - how i view myself, how i move through the world, how i fantasize and paint the world around me. i'm really truly tired, i'm not sure i've ever felt so confused. this idea of my future does not exist, only today exists. i used to have big goals, dreams, wishes. now i just hope i make it through each day unscathed. each week i work, i volunteer, i clean my apartment, i sleep. i think intimacy, emotional and physical, scares me. it's too much. i cannot absorb anyone else's world. i'm drowning in mine. the pull of the hermit is shutting off the world around me in search for peace. i'm not sure i'll ever be loved properly again.
