A small thought for today. It’s hard starting a new year knowing that I carry into it an illness I can’t fix. My heart is in pain and my body is in pain with fibromyalgia, IBD, autoimmune complications, and arthritis. I didn’t choose any of that but I know that I can choose my thoughts. And I want to choose the right ones. Thought that encourage me and fill me with hope that if I choose to think good things then good things will follow. I hope this note gives you some encouragement today. Stay strong.
